The NRC and RSA students were preparing for this year's competition when a portal appeared and transported them to a terrifying world: a toy factory (Playtime Co.). The leaders and vice-leaders suddenly stood up. Riddle, leader of Heartslabyul, was accompanied by his dormmates Trey, Cater, Deuce, and Ace. Leona, leader of Savanaclaw, was accompanied by her dormmates Ruggie and Jack. Azul, leader of Octavinelle, was accompanied by her dormmates Jade and Floyd. Kalim, leader of Scarabia, was accompanied by his dormmate Jamil. Vil, leader of Pomefiore, was accompanied by his dormmates Epel and Rock. Idia, leader of Ignihyde, was accompanied by his brother and dormmate Ortho. Malleus, leader of Dias Omnia, was accompanied by his dormmates Lilia, Sebeck, and Silver. The RSA students were Chenya, Neige, Rielle, and Minajael. All were dressed in Playtime Co. worker uniforms. They were all trapped in this abandoned factory, unaware of the terror that awaited them.
