Wifies obsession first started when he meet Parrot at 14. Parrot was the person who lit up his life, who made his world brighter, he was the only person worth living. Since then, Widiesvatrted paying close attention to him, to his body language and just how perfect his darling was. Parrot was selfless and kind, two qualities that Wifies loved but also worried, so slowly he started to make Parrot more dependent on his, to pull him away from his friends and spoil him with attention and affection.

Wifies knows Parrot's parents are divorced so he lives alone with his younger brother. So Wifues started comming over, at first just to study, but then he would hold Parrot, hugging him since he knew his darling was touch starved and attention starved.
