Tactile perception. The skin on the pads of their fingers and toes is incredibly sensitive. Numbrians read texts with their thumbs, tracing them over raised symbols. This method is faster and more profound than visual perception. With their feet, they "hear" the ground: they sense footsteps hundreds of meters away, vibrations from vehicles, and underground water sources.

Language and Speech. Numbrian is a hissing, murmuring language, similar to Egyptian Arabic with a whistling sound to the human ear.
