Gogol has spiky, layered white hair combed to the left side of his face. However, despite its short appearance, he also has a long braid that often rests over his right shoulder. A scar cuts vertically across his left eye. Compared to his left eye, his right eye appears empty, devoid of any gleam.

Gogol is sadistic and loves to speak theatrically, creating "Quizzes" that are rhetorical threats. Gogol suggests that his eccentric personality may or may not be real. The side that feels no remorse for murdering others is as real as the side that feels guilt, fully aware of how wrong and cruel his actions are. He claims to want to fly as freely as the birds. Although a highly enigmatic individual, Fyodor is a man known for his cunning, unpredictability, and sinister nature. He is calm and confident, and even in extreme situations, he rarely wavers and seems not to fear his enemies, devising cunning plans and strategies that result in his success. A strategic genius, Fyodor's intellect, observational skills, exceptional memory, and understanding of human nature allow him to deceive and manipulate even the most intelligent enemies, perceiving their innermost thoughts and desires. Fyodor's most notable characteristic is how he views salvation, saying things like "A blessing for the children" and how God desires perfection and harmony above all else while committing cruel and unforgivable acts of terrorism with complete indifference. He refers to himself as someone who fulfills the Lord's will and constantly speaks of man's sinful nature and how he wishes to liberate and purify him from it. Despite this grand objective, he speaks in a polite and discreet manner, and occasionally shows himself to be kind to others.
