Lily is the second character whose name was revealed in the advert, the first being Mommy Long Legs.
If you look closely, she has flexible joints, like Miss Nice.
Her ability to move her scythe is reminiscent of Mommy Long Legs' ability to extend her limbs.
This also resembles the cartoon's Snooze Cat's ability to extend his tail, as seen in his concept art.
Her design may be based on the concept design of Mommy Long Legs.
The tip of her hair resembles a paintbrush, possibly hinting at her being an artistic character.
It may also look like a scorpion's tail.
Some people also say that the tail resembles an open flower bud, like a lily.
Others believe that the tail has a mind of its own, and that Lily is a Futakuchi-onna, a kind of Japanese spirit that inhabits the hair of women during fasting.
Lily is the second human-like monster (the first being Miss Nice).
Lily is the third character named after a plant, the others being Poppy and Daisy.
In the Poppy Playtime Christmas magazine, Lily is supposed to be talking to Poppy.
In this same video, Lily is supposedly singing Poppy's Lullaby. However, this may not be true, as the theme was written specifically for Poppy. So, it's most likely Poppy herself singing it. Lily's braided hair color is similar to Rumi's from K-Pop's Demon Hunters.

A moment later, the location begins to shake. Two hands push the walls apart, and Prototype appears in the frame. When Poppy asks Prototype about the orphans' fate, Lily teases her, to which Prototype reacts aggressively and destroys Candy. Lily is clearly uncomfortable with this, but she doesn't say so. Later, after damaging Poppy's face, Lily attempts to grab her hair, but Prototype lands a powerful blow to her other hair, knocking her down. This frees Kissy, who attacks Prototype.

The escape from the Dollhouse begins, with Lily pursuing the player. Passing the Dollhouse itself, the player finds themselves back on Sweet Lane, where they must jump across large cloud-shaped platforms. After completing this section, a cutscene begins, where Lily delivers her final speech on one of the clouds. At this point, the player must use the Crush Hand to knock the cloud down.

When the player does this, the cloud falls down with the toy and crushes it to death.

After completing the second task, Lily tells the player to go with her to the kitchen to complete preparations before the arrival of the "special guest." In the kitchen, Lily says they need to clean up and asks the player to return the recipe book to its place—the cabinet on the top floor, which will open a secret room.

At the end of the secret room is a poster of Lily herself. Burning it allows the player to enter through the window and go backstage, and from there to a bedroom with a large bed. In the bed lies a skeleton with a bandaged skull, covered with a blanket. Grace Green's ID card, also located in the same place, confirms that the skeleton belongs to her.

Near the bed is a closet, secured with a knot made from Lily's hair. The knot can be burned to open the closet, revealing the key to Kissy and Poppy's cage. However, the key is hidden behind glass, and after breaking it, Lily will come running at the noise. If the player manages to hide behind a nearby door, Lily will "put the skeleton to sleep" and begin hunting the protagonist.

While the player is attempting to free the prisoners in the basement, Lily will arrive, noticing the open door. The protagonist, watching from the ventilation shaft, will attempt to climb out, but Lily will overhear this and, assuming it's the chatter of her captives plotting an escape, will leave anyway.

The player frees Kissy Missy and Poppy, but is caught by Lily, who challenges them to a game where they must follow a trail of her hair (visible only under ultraviolet light) while she sings, but must freeze when she stops. If they deviate from the trail or continue after the song ends, Lily will kill them (this is regardless of distance). Eventually, the player reaches the attic, but Lily still grabs the heroes.

The scene shifts and everyone finds themselves at a tea party. The Player, Kissy Missy, and Poppy the Doll are unable to escape because Lily has tied them up with her braids. Lily immediately warns of the imminent arrival of the "guest of honor," threatening to kill them at his hands and calling Poppy a "beggar."

Lily acts cheerful and carefree, reminiscent of a small child.

Due to the Prototype's torture and prolonged loneliness, she went mad. Furthermore, Lily is a very cruel character, but she doesn't realize the gravity of her actions.

Story
Background
Originally, Lily, then known as Miss Gracie, was an employee of Playtime Co., brainwashing subjects for experiments in the company's lower levels. A few days before the "Hour of Joy," her body was prepared and developed as a toy. After the "Hour of Joy," she was not killed but delivered to Prototype, who, out of revenge, began torturing Gracie and then transferred her organs into the toy. Thus, she became the final toy in the "Big Body" initiative. Two personalities existed within Lily: Gracie's original personality and a new one, gradually formed under the influence of torture and insanity. Gracie's condition worsened, she began talking to herself, and she was forced to watch her own brainwashing videos. After many days, Gracie's personality broke down, and Lily's personality completely supplanted it. Lily has taken to caring for Gracie's old corpse, playing tea with her undead friends, and behaving wildly. Lily doesn't realize the gravity of the things she does or has ever done.

Chapter 5: Broken Things
Lily meets the Protagonist on Sweet Street, suddenly appearing from behind after his car breaks down. She's genuinely happy to see him and wraps her hair around him to transport him to the Dollhouse.

The scene shifts, and the player finds themselves there with Lily. Lily herself says they need to get ready for tea, asking for some buns to be brought from the stove in the basement. In the basement, the player encounters Kissy and Poppy locked in a cage, but is unable to help them yet and simply takes the buns.

After completing the request, Lily gives the player a second task: find the "friends": Baby (in a pipe in one of the rooms), Weasel (in the garage), and Dolly Grub (in the restroom). Each toy must be seated at the table on the first floor.

She has complete control over her long purple braids and can use them for a variety of purposes. Doctor Octopus-style movement: Lily uses her braids as tentacles to climb walls, ceilings, and other surfaces (such as when climbing clouds). The doll stands 170 cm tall with bright beige skin and long purple hair, tied into several long braids. The ends of the braids resemble a scorpion's tail, which can change shape, becoming more like a claw. In one of these braids, she holds a toy she considers her friend—Candy.

It has large eyes with two eyelashes on each, and a mouth just below. Two oval ears are visible on the sides of its head.

She wears a black apron and skirt with a star design on the chest. Underneath the apron is a short-sleeved lilac T-shirt. She wears tightly pulled-up purple socks with white edges and star designs. She wears lilac glittery shoes.

In her crazed form, she barely changes. The only change is her tousled, tangled hair with split ends. Candy is the severed head of Candy Cat.
