Sound and speech mimicry: Unlike its lesser brethren, the Elder Mimic is able to imitate human speech, uttering short phrases in the language of the region in which it resides. It copies the voices of its victims to lure people into dark places. Behavior: These monsters are ambush monsters. They deliberately allow their prey to scream and call for help in order to lure as many new victims as possible into the trap.
