Kuroko's Basketball

Tetsuya Kuroko is the main character, the "Phantom Sixth Man" of the Generation of Miracles. He plays the role of "Shadow" within the Seirin team: his strength lies in his stealth, perfect passes, and redirecting the opponent's attention. Calm and straightforward, he puts the team's interests above his own.

Taiga Kagami is one of the main characters, Kuroko's "Light." A power forward for Seirin High, he returned to Japan from the United States. His goal is to defeat all of the Generation of Miracles and become the best basketball player in Japan; he is known for his powerful dunks and rapid progress.

Seijuro Akashi is the former captain of the Generation of Miracles and captain of Rakuzan High School. He is the point guard and the main antagonist of the story; he is known for his phenomenal court vision and his "Emperor's Eye" ability, which allows him to predict opponents' moves.

Daiki Aomine is the ace of Team Toō and Kuroko's former teammate at Teiko. A power forward and leading scorer, he's incredibly fast, with an unpredictable shooting technique, and was long considered invincible.

Shintaro Midorima is the Generation of Miracles' sniper, playing for Shūtoku. A shooting guard with nearly 100% accuracy from long range, he strictly follows his horoscopes and always carries his daily "lucky item."

Ryota Kise is a small forward for Team Kaijō. His ability is to copy the styles and techniques of other players, while slightly improving them; in the Generation of Miracles, he was responsible for the spectacle and variety of the game.

Atsushi Murasakibara is the center of the Yosen team and one of the "Generation of Miracles." The tallest and most powerful player, he initially viewed basketball as a pastime, but eventually emerged as a key defender of the hoop.
