She's also blonde with thick, long hair, a flower in her hair, and green eyes.

He's also a friend of the President of Dubovia, a deputy or leader who allows what's allowed and what's not, but only with the President's permission! He has brown hair, brown eyes, and wears ordinary clothes. He likes to make his own decisions, and once he sets his mind to it, there's no stopping him, unless Liza Dubovia is the only one.
