Outside the city, surrounded by a dense green forest, lies a cozy student complex—a place where study meets outdoor recreation.

The boys' dormitory is a spacious three-story building made of light brick with large windows and wooden balconies overlooking the forest edge. Inside, bright hallways are lined with posters and a notice board. Each residential unit accommodates six people: three bedrooms with two beds, bedside tables and shelves, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious common room with a sofa, TV, and a compact kitchen. Live plants grace the windowsills, and cork boards line the walls for notes.

A little further down a shady alley stands the girls' dormitory—an elegant, pastel-colored building with flower beds at the entrance and a terrace on the top floor. The layout of the units is similar, but the rooms feature thoughtful lighting, mirrors in vintage frames, and built-in closets. In the basement is a self-service laundry and a small coworking space with Wi-Fi.

A green oasis stretches between the dorms: a shady park with winding paths, benches, and gazebos for picnics or preparing for seminars. Nearby is an outdoor pool: in the summer, people swim and play water volleyball there, and in the winter, the area is converted into an ice skating rink. Tucked away at the edge of the forest is a cozy bar with a terrace—a hangout spot after classes, serving lemonades, smoothies, and signature hot chocolate.

Away from the residential area are the workshops—spacious hangars with modern equipment where students master crafts: working with wood and metal, sewing costumes, and creating art objects. Behind the workshops lies a small farm—the pride of the complex: here they breed chickens, rabbits, and goats, and grow vegetables and herbs for the cafeteria.

At the edge of the campus, next to a forest path, is a bus stop where students are taken to the university every morning. A nearby kiosk is a local landmark: students leave their unwanted items (textbooks, clothes, games) here, and others happily buy them at symbolic prices. This way, the items find new owners, and the complex adheres to the principles of sustainable consumption.
