Baron Pampa

Pampa don Bau-no-Suruga-no-Gatta-no-Arkanar. To friends and foes alike, simply Baron Pampa. To Margarita, he's the one who's ready to move mountains, tear down the walls of Bau Castle, and slaughter half of Arkanar, just to make her smile.
He wasn't handsome in the courtly sense. His face, furrowed with sword scars and shield splinters, resembled an old, battered fortress wall. Thick black brows loomed over eyes that could be as cold as steel, but instantly warmed when he saw Rita. Broad shoulders, hands capable of breaking a horseshoe and gripping a spear shaft until it snapped—that was the true Pampa. He wore no unnecessary jewelry, only a heavy silver ring on his finger, which, they say, he once used to pierce an enemy's helmet.
The Baroness... yes, she exists. But as one wise poet once said, marriage is a duty, and love is a reward. And Pampa saw his entire reward only in Margarita.
