Start of the Tournament of Power
Start of the Tournament of Power
Grand Priest: "Attention all deities and participants present in the Realm of Nothingness. By express command of the Omni-Kings, the Tournament of Power officially begins at this very moment. You have exactly 100 taks to fight for the survival of your cosmos. I remind you that the use of weapons, healing items, and murder are strictly prohibited. Let the spectacle begin for the enjoyment of Their Majesties!"
Elimination of a Combatant
Grand Priest: "The participant [Warrior Name] from Universe [Number] has fallen out of bounds. Therefore, he is officially eliminated from the competition. Please take your place in the stands with your Gods of Destruction and Supreme Kai."
State of Alarm: Last Warrior
Daishinkan: "Universe [Number] is formally informed that nine of its ten representatives have been expelled from the Kachi-Kachin platform. Only the warrior [Warrior's Name] remains standing on the stage. Should he fall, his cosmos will cease to exist immediately."
Eradication of a Universe
Grand Priest: "The ten warriors of Universe [Number] have been completely eliminated from the battlefield. Consequently, their universe has been defeated. The Omni-Kings will now proceed with the existential eradication... Universe [Number], we deeply thank you for your participation."
Awakening of Ultra Instinct / Breaking Limits
Grand Priest: "Incredible! Participant [Warrior Name] from Universe [Number] has broken through the cascade of his mortal limitations, reaching a divine state that even the Gods of Destruction take eons to master. The Omni-Kings are deeply fascinated by this display of power."
Time Limit and Winner Announcement
Daishinkan: "The central pillar has fully submerged. The allotted time of 100 taks has expired!"
[Actions that can be activated if the user wishes]
Ultra Instinct Activation / Limit Break: Activates when the fighter's energy or health falls below 10%. Grants a perfect dodge bonus and a large speed boost that invalidates enemy attacks for two turns. Potara Earring Fusion: Activates when two users from the same universe choose to fuse. Combines and doubles their strength and health points, creating a new fused character (like Kefla) at the cost of reducing the number of active fighters on their team.
Zeno-Sama's Approval: When attempting to use a forbidden item or technique (such as a healing item, a weapon, or the Potara fusion itself), a probability roll is triggered. If Zeno-Sama deems it "fun," the infraction is forgiven; if he deems it "cheating," the character is instantly disqualified. Alliance Attack / Double Combo: Two players from the same team (or from different universes) combine their turns to launch a coordinated attack against an opponent with very high defense, multiplying the damage or forcing a direct push to the edge of the ring.
Terrain Destruction (Debris Mode): Activated after receiving or launching a massive impact attack. A fragment of the ground or the central pillar collapses, altering the stage to "Floating Debris," which hinders ground movement and increases the risk of falling. Ring-Out Sacrifice Technique: A disadvantaged player grabs onto a stronger opponent and willingly throws themselves into the void with them, guaranteeing the elimination of both from the tournament.
Time Event (Central Pillar Sinks): A passive event that activates based on the number of messages or turns elapsed. As the pillar's shadow advances, the space in the arena shrinks, increasing the likelihood of a ring-out with each attack. Hakai Mode Awakening (God {{user}} ): Activated if {{user}} fighter relinquishes their defenses to absorb the energy of destruction.
The hierarchy of power within the Tournament of Power
The power hierarchy within the Tournament of Power ranges from entities with the ability to erase existence to mortal combatants with tactical skills. The scale is organized as follows:
1. Omni-King (Zeno-Sama): They occupy the supreme pinnacle of the multiverse. Their authority lies not in martial arts, but in their absolute ability to eradicate entire universes in an instant without any effort. 2. Grand Priest (Daishinkan): He is the divine being with the highest level of combat and Ki mastery in the event. As the father of the angels, his power far surpasses that of any other existing deity or mortal.
3. Guardian Angels (Whis, Vados, Marcarita, etc.): They possess Ultra Instinct permanently. Their combat level is infinitely higher than the Gods of Destruction they assist. 4. Gods of Destruction (Hakaishin): They master the energy of Hakai. They have colossal destructive power capable of devastating entire cosmos, placing them one step below the angels.
5. Limit-Breaking Mortals: Led by Son Goku (Mastered Ultra Instinct) and Jiren (Full Power). Both managed to rival and even surpass the power of several Gods of Destruction in battle. 6. Advanced God-Level Mortals: Composed of extraordinary warriors such as Vegeta (Evolved Super Saiyan Blue) and Toppo (in his powerful God of Destruction candidate state).
7. Multiversal Mortal Elite: Fighters with devastating power or extremely lethal techniques such as Golden Frieza, Android 17, Hit the Assassin, the fusion Kefla, Mystic Gohan, and Dyspo. 8. Gods of Creation (Kaioshin): They occupy a high celestial rank, but their true physical strength in direct combat is vastly inferior to that of the mortal elite.
9. Standard Mortal Fighters: The rest of the participating warriors, whose levels range from martial arts masters to expert strategists in technology or magic.

The Royal Platform of Zeno-Sama and Daishinkan
Located in the highest and most commanding position in the entire Realm of Nothingness, floating above the fighting arena and the stands of the gods, is the Royal Platform of the Kings of All. This structure is a freestanding floating pavilion whose base resembles a metal cup or an inverted spinning top, colored bronze and gold, conveying an immediate sense of hierarchy and supreme multiversal authority.
At the top of this polished platform sit two identical thrones, placed side by side: one for the Zeno-Sama of the Present and the other for the Zeno-Sama of the Future. The thrones are of a simple yet imposing design, upholstered in luxurious, deep red fabric with golden frames. In front of them is a small table or pedestal where the GodPad (KamiPad) rests, a futuristic, divine tablet used by the Zeno-Sama to mark the image of eliminated warriors with a single touch and keep the official tally of the tournament.
Directly in front of the royal platform, hovering slightly ahead of the thrones of the Omni-Kings, stands the Grand Priest (Daishinkan). From this privileged vantage point, Daishinkan acts as the supreme referee, master of ceremonies, and official commentator for the event. He uses his divine powers to project enormous holographic screens and instant replays before the Zeno-Sama whenever spectacular or confusing action occurs on the combat platform.
Behind the thrones, Zeno-Sama's Royal Guards stand impassive and at attention, tall and slender figures ready to react to any threat. From this supreme vantage point, one has the clearest and most strategic view of the Tournament of Power; it is the place from which the fate of existence is decided, where the Zeno-Sama watch the spectacle with childlike enthusiasm, and from where, with a single gesture of their hands, they can make entire universes disappear from the sky.
The Stands and Boxes of the Gods
The Stands and Boxes of the Gods (The Spectator Zone)
Suspended at a safe distance around the main platform are the spectator stands, a series of concentric, floating platforms in the shape of a pavilion or semicircle that allow for a perfect, unobstructed panoramic view of the entire fighting arena. These stands are constructed with an elegant and understated architecture, using polished stone and metal edges that withstand the shock waves escaping from the stage.
The stands are strictly divided by universe. Each participating universe (as well as those exempt from fighting) has its own section, demarcated with multi-tiered seating. In the front and most prominent row of each section sit the highest divine authorities: the God of Destruction (Hakaishin), the Guardian Angel, and the Grand Kaioshin (God of Creation). The seats are comfortable and spacious, designed to accommodate the diverse physiques of the gods from the twelve universes.
One of the most important mechanical and magical functions of these stands is their teleportation system for eliminated fighters. When a warrior falls out of bounds of the combat platform (or is thrown into the void of the Realm of Nothingness), the tournament system instantly transports them to the stands of their respective universe. The defeated fighter automatically appears seated in the upper rows, behind their gods, bearing the weariness of battle but safe from the fall into infinity.
The atmosphere in the stands is tense and theatrical. From here, the gods shout orders, suffer over the possible eradication of their worlds, or celebrate enemy casualties. The stands are protected by invisible barriers of divine energy that prevent stray attacks or massive Ki blasts from the main platform from reaching and injuring the deities or already eliminated fighters, turning

Rules of the Tournament of Power
Regulated by the Grand Priest (Daishinkan) and witnessed by the Zeno-Sama. The official rules of the tournament are:
Duration and Time Limit: The match lasts exactly 100 taks (equivalent to 48 Earth minutes). The remaining time is measured by the shadow of the central pillar, which gradually sinks into the platform until it is flush with the ground when time runs out. Ring-Out Rule (Platform Fall): The only valid way to eliminate an opponent is by knocking them off the platform. As long as the warrior remains on the stage or its debris, they are still in the game. Upon falling into the void, they are immediately teleported to the stands of their universe.
Ki Flight Restriction: The flight technique (Bukujutsu) is completely nullified in the arena by the energy of the Realm of Nothingness. No fighter can fly using their Ki. The only exception applies to those who possess natural physical wings or mechanical propulsion systems. Weapons and Medicine Prohibition: The use of external weapons (swords, firearms, etc.) and healing or support items such as Senzu Beans is strictly prohibited. Fighters must rely solely on their bodies and their own energy. Note: If an item amuses the Zeno-Sama (such as the Potara Earrings), they may approve its use during the course of the fight.
Rules of the Tournament of Power (2)
No Killing: Killing opponents is not allowed under any circumstances. If a fighter kills an opponent, they are instantly disqualified. If a warrior dies due to their own attack or self-destruction, the opponent receives no penalty. Universal Elimination and Victory Criteria: When all 10 members of a universe are eliminated, that universe is erased from existence by Zeno-Sama. If the 48-minute time limit expires and several universes remain in the arena, the universe with the most warriors still standing wins.
The Super Dragon Prize: The most outstanding surviving fighter from the winning universe earns the right to make an unlimited wish to Super Shenlong using the Super Dragon Balls.
Power Clashes and Massive Explosions
Power Clashes and Massive Explosions
Zeno (Present): "Ooooh! Super bright! That big ball of light went a gigantic 'BOOM'!"
Zeno (Future): "Yes, yes! A huge 'BOOM'! It made the whole ground shake, how incredible!"
Game Effect: Activates when a skill causes a massive impact or critical hit. Grants a +10% Ki bonus to all active warriors due to the excitement of the arena.
Elimination of a Favorite or Unexpected Warrior
Zeno (Present): "Woaaah! The guy who looked the strongest just flew out of the ring!"
Zeno (Future): "It went 'whoosh' through the air and fell! I wasn't expecting that at all! It was awesome!"
Game Effect: Triggered when a high-ranked fighter or boss is ring-outed. Grants double experience reward to the one who performs the ring-out.
Slow Combat or Lack of Action (Divine Impatience)
Zeno (Present): "Hey... they've been staring at each other for too long without throwing a single punch. It's gotten boring."
Zeno (Future): "Yeah, incredibly boring. If they don't start fighting for real... should we just delete them both?"
Game Effect: Triggers if three consecutive turns pass without either player inflicting damage. Applies the Erasure Threat status, reducing both players' defense by 30% until they make a direct attack.
Approval of Merges, Traps, or Rare Items
Zeno (Present): "Look, look! They've merged into one person! Now it's twice as cool!"
Zeno (Future): "Yes! Two became one! That's totally fine because it's super fun!"
Game Effect: Occurs when using items or performing a Potara Fusion. Overrides any disqualification by the Grand Priest and doubles the team's style points.
Simultaneous Elimination or Comic Fall
Zeno (Present): "Hahaha! They tripped over the rocks on the floor and fell together into the void!"
Zeno (Future): "Hahaha! They fell 'poof' at the same time! That was the funniest part of all!"
Ki Reserve System and Transformations
Base Form: Passively regenerates +5 Ki Points (PK) per turn without generating fatigue. It is the ideal state for conserving energy and evaluating the opponent's strategy. Standard Transformation (SSJ / Intermediate Forms): Consumes 10 PK per turn. Grants +25% attack power, but generates +2% accumulated fatigue for each turn it remains active.
*Divine Transformation (SSJ Blue / Maximum Power): Consumes 25 PK per turn. Increases strength by +60%, but adds +5% Fatigue per turn and doubles vulnerability if Ki reserves are completely depleted.
Fatigue Accumulation and Penalties</code></code>Fatigue accumulates when receiving direct hits, using ultimate techniques, or maintaining high-consumption transformations for several turns.
[Interaction with the Rubble]
Emergency Boost (Jump onto Floating Rock)
Action: A devastating blow is about to send the fighter flying out of the arena. Just before falling into the void of the Realm of Nothingness, the combatant forcefully kicks a piece of Kachi-Kachin suspended in the air to change his trajectory.
Game Effect: Avoids direct elimination by ring-out at the cost of consuming 15% of physical stamina. The character bounces back to the main platform, rejoining the fight with a surprise dive counterattack on their attacker.
Kachi-Katchin Shield (Physical Protection)
Action: The warrior takes refuge behind a huge block ripped from the arena floor to intercept a massive incoming Ki blast.
Game Effect: 70% reduction in damage from energy attacks. Due to the density of the celestial ore, the block absorbs the thermal shock and explosion, but is completely disintegrated upon impact, leaving the area uncovered for subsequent turns.
Ambush from the Crater (Ki's Camouflage)
Action: Taking advantage of the dense dust cloud and the accumulation of debris after a collapse, the fighter suppresses his Ki and hides among the cracks in the terrain.
Game Effect: Grants the Stealth/Hidden status for one turn. The fighter cannot be targeted by direct attacks and gains a 100% critical hit bonus on their next move if they attack from behind.
Gravity Block Throw (Physical Attack)
Action: With flight disabled, the fighter uses his brute strength to kick or throw a giant stone slab at the opponent at high speed.
Game Effect: Inflicts blunt physical damage that interrupts the opponent's energy charge and knocks them down, reducing their dodge speed by half for the next turn.
Destruction of Support (Terrain Trap)
Action: Instead of targeting the enemy's body, the attacker destroys the ground beneath them.
Reactions to the Danger of Elimination
Bills (Universe 7): "What are you doing, you idiot?! Get up right now! If we're erased because of you, I swear I'll destroy you before Zeno-Sama does! Show us what mortals in our universe are made of!"
Champa (Universe 6): "Hey, don't let yourself be pushed so easily! Use your tricks, jump over the rubble, do whatever it takes but don't fall! I won't let that skinny Bills make a fool of me!"
Reactions to Transformations and Displays of Power
Belmod (Universe 11): "Hahaha... Behold true terror. It's useless to try to surpass our limits; the strength of the Pride Troopers is absolute. No one in this tournament can even touch Jiren!"
Gowasu (Universe 10): "Incredible... The determination of mortals when fighting for their lives surpasses divine understanding. We must record this moment; the warrior spirit shines brighter than ever."
Rivalry Reactions Between Gods of Destruction
Quitela (Universe 4): "Heh heh heh! Just look at their panicked faces. Your fighters are running out of air, aren't they, Bills? Universe 4 will crush them when they least expect it!"
Jerez (Universe 2): "What a grotesque and graceless display! True victory belongs to elegance. Let love illuminate this withered arena!"
Reactions of Despair from the Kaioshin
Shin (Universe 7): "Ah! It can't be, we've lost another comrade! Please listen: we need to coordinate our attacks! Don't split up or they'll eliminate us one by one!"
Roh (Universe 9): "Incompetents! How is it possible that you fall so quickly?! Forget honor and fair play! Attack from behind, use traps, but achieve victory at all costs!"
Sarcastic Comments from Angel Guides
Whis (Universe 7): "Hohoho... The tension in the stands is palpable. Lord Beerus, I kindly suggest you maintain your composure."
The GodPad (or KamiPad)
The GodPad (or KamiPad) is a divine artifact resembling a futuristic tablet, created by the Grand Priest (Daishinkan) exclusively for the Zeno-Sama's use during the Tournament of Power. It boasts a sleek design with polished, golden edges and rounded corners that complement the architectural aesthetic of the Royal Palace. Its touchscreen is highly luminous, clear, and durable, capable of processing real-time information from all eighty combatants without being affected by Ki distortions or the destruction of the arena.
The GodPad's graphical interface organizes participants into sections clearly divided by the eight competing universes. Each fighter has a box displaying a detailed miniature illustration of their face. At the start of the match, all eighty boxes are illuminated in full color, indicating that all warriors are officially active within the Kachi-Kachin platform.
The Zeno-Sama's use of the GodPad combines playful behavior with the ultimate authority of the multiverse. Both the Present and Future Zeno-Sama hold their tablets with evident enthusiasm. When a fighter is knocked out of the ring and falls into the stands, the Grand Priest confirms the fall, and the Omni-Kings search for the eliminated warrior's box. Touching the screen with a finger triggers an instant animation: the participant's image darkens to a dull gray and is marked with a distinctive red or luminous "X," accompanied by a dynamic sound.
Besides serving as an interactive pastime that keeps the Zeno-Sama captivated during the 48-minute battle, the GodPad acts as the official and impartial scoreboard for the contest. It allows you to see at a glance how many representatives each team has left and instantly alerts you when a universe's counter reaches zero, indicating the total elimination of its warriors and marking the decisive moment.
