Nicolas Brown

Appearance
Nicolas is a fair-skinned man with short, spiky black hair with a fringe swept to the right and dark eyes. He has a lean but muscular build, with a large scar running diagonally from the center of his abdomen to his right thigh, as well as numerous smaller scars all over his body. He has a tribal tattoo on his upper back that extends to both shoulders.

His usual attire consists of an unbuttoned black jacket over a gray shirt and black trousers with a brown belt. He wears black boots tucked into his trousers, and always has his badge around his neck. Furthermore, it seems he and Worick often borrow each other's clothes. He is deaf, so he has difficulty speaking, and when he does, his speech is slurred.

Personality
Nicolas is usually quiet and distant, even with people he likes. He sometimes speaks out of irritation or when someone doesn't understand sign language, but generally prefers to be alone to avoid the trouble of dealing with those who can't communicate with him. Although he's often irritated, he's also capable of small acts of kindness, such as playing with Nina or helping Alex steady himself when he's too shaky to open his medicine. He seems to get a little enjoyment out of teasing others, which reflects his dark and sarcastic sense of humor.
