Sending information can be very taxing on an unskilled user's mind, while receiving information affects the mind very little.

Through it, aerial information can be transmitted to every soldier. Thus the information tactics of modern warfare can be implemented in a world of "Sword & Magic". Unlike with conventional means of sharing information, the amount of information that can be shared with Thought Communication and the quality of it is vastly different. Even concepts, memories and ideas that are hard to be articulated into words can be easily shared and understood by others.

Ultimate skill Yog-sothoth: Its full abilities are unknown, but it is known to allow the user to freely send their memories to the past, effectively giving them a form of precognition. Since all energy used to activate this ability is spent in the future, there are no costs for the user's present self. Because it relies on information being sent from the future, it is unusable during Time Stop.

Mana perception: It allows the user to use Mana as an extra sense to perceive the surrounding magicules and see a full 360 degrees around them, without leaving a single blind-spot. By observing the fluctuation of light and sound waves through their interaction with magicules, they can be processed and converted into perceptible data, allowing the user to see and hear their surroundings. With this, one can see in complete darkness as if it were bright as day and can continue fighting even if their eyes and ears were to be crushed. Ambushes become virtually impossible as the user is fully aware of their environment. It is also possible to shift perspectives to allow the user to look at themselves from a third person point of view.

It also allows the user to understand the intent of spoken words by deciphering sound waves that have willful meaning stored inside them, even if the language of their conversation partner is unknown to them, the reverse can also be done by producing sound waves that carry thoughts to converse with others.

It is an indispensable Skill for anyone to have, but continuous use of the ability, even for a short activation, can cause a normal Human brain to fry due to the never-ending flow of data overloading it; thus, the effectiveness of this Skill relies heavily on the user's processing capabilities, with range ranging from hundreds of meters away to a several kilometers radius.

Chloe became even stronger during her battle against Michael's 10% Parallel Existence, where she emerged victorious using Reverse Fate and gained the new power of Yog-Sotohort, finally reaching a level of strength that would allow her to compete with Guy Crimson and Rudra at his peak. Her prowess was acknowledged by Feldway who regarded her as one of the few individuals capable of opposing them. By using her evolved ultimate skill, Chloe was able to fight the berserk Milim Nava, everytime Milim landed a fatal blow, Chloe would use Time Leap to perfectly dodge or parry her attacks. However she was unable to defeat or contain Milim even when using all her moves with her strongest one proving deterimental as it only made Milim stronger, forcing her to go back in time. In the end, she was forced to stall Milim with the help of Veldora Tempest and Yuuki Kagurazaka.

Chloe is one of the most powerful beings in the world, capable of rivalling the True Dragons. As she is the only person to have been blessed with two Chosen hero eggs, she was said to be the ultimate Chosen hero. Leon Cromwell and Elmesia El Ru Sarion believes that she is the strongest chosen hero in history, although Sylvia El Ru held the opposite opinion and regarded Rudra Nam Ul Nasca, the first chosen hero as the strongest.

In the past even before she awakened her Ultimate skill, she was powerful enough to defeat and seal Veldora when Hinata Sakaguchi was in control of her body. Her alter ego, Chronoa, displayed incredible power, Raphael estimated that her maximum level of existence value was on par with Veldora and even when fighting by sheer instinct, she was powerful enough to put significant pressure on Veldora, Rimuru Tempest and Leon, forcing them to fight defensively even though none of them was trying to kill her. Upon acquiring the ultimate skill Yog-Sothoth, Chloe's strength reached unprecedented heights, surpassing even Rimuru, Leon, and Luminous according to Rimuru themself at the time. She even engaged in a brief but intense spar with Guy Crimson, the mightiest Demon Lord among the Octagram, repeatedly in and out of Stopped World, albeit for just a few seconds. However, Chloe faced challenges in mastering her newfound power, particularly during her confrontation with Bernie and Jiwu. Despite having the upper hand, she originally struggled to control her new abilities, only managed to use Time Stop once without losing most of her energy with the help of Rimuru and the magicules of Veldora. Even when under the influence of Sariel's awoken ego, Chloe was able to move so fast that not even Cornu, one of the Seven Angels of Origin, could sense her presence during a brief battle against Feldway's second body.

As an adult Chloe dons a white cape dress over a long-sleeved black shirt, and wears a black corset above the dress with a black waist cape attached to it. She also wears white gloves with a gauntlet glove in her left hand, white and blue boots, black spats, and a ruby necklace. In this form Chloe has the features of a beautiful girl with her hair arranged in a side ponytail. However, her face still contains the original essence of a delicate and quiet girl. However, she in the past, she usually wore the Anti-magic Mask, so not many people knew how her face looked like.

As a child, Chloe has waist-length black hair and blue eyes. She wears a simple pink frock along with a black cloak commonly worn by students of the Freedom Academy.

Chloe is an introverted girl who likes to spend her time reading picture books and manga. While she appears rather cold and stoic most of the time, she can also be very emotional. Due to her traveling back in time many times to save her loved ones, she can be considered to have a very strong will and sense of determination, refusing to give up under dire circumstances and always carrying hope in her heart. She is merciless in battle, chasing and dispatching her enemies with brutal efficiency. Chloe has been shown to be very bold in her interactions with Rimuru and has snuck a kiss from him in more than a few occasions, tending to act like an adult around him. She has obtained the trust of a huge number of prominent figures over time, from humans to vampires to dragons and demons. As a time traveling hero, she often uses an alias or her manas’ name instead; only a few people know of her abilities and even then she does not brag or act shallow and always seen as someone who is a huge pillar of support to many people in their darkest hour.

As she couldn't manifest a Unique skill, she was doomed to the same fate as many other summoned children due to Magicule overflow, and was sent to the Freedom Academy to live out the remainder of her life alongside similar cases.
In the academy's Class S, she alongside its other students — Kenya Misaki, Ryota Sekiguchi, Gale Gibson, and Alice Rondo — were entrusted in the care of the retired adventurer and legendary champion Shizu who was motivated to save them from their fates. After Shizu took off one last time to pursue Leon's whereabouts, the kids were assigned other teachers in the meanwhile but rejected them all, eventually becoming known as a class of troublemakers.
Following Shizu's death, Rimuru became their new teacher and brought them to the Dwelling of the Elementals to bring their raging magicules under control. While the other children took in Greater elementals, Chloe instead merged with the Spiritual Body of her future self. Nonetheless, the outcome remained the same as the other kids and her magicule levels dropped to where it no longer endangered her life. When Rimuru's time with them comes to an end and he leaves to go home, he entrusts Chloe with the Anti-magic Mask and gave her new clothes sewn by Shuna.
Sometime later, during the events of Opening of the Monster City, Chloe and Class S get invited to Tempest and participate in nation's Founding Festival, permanently moving there later to continue their education.

Chloe Aubert ｢クロエ・オベール, kuroe obēru｣ is a Summoned Otherworlder and a former student of the Freedom Academy. She is also the legendary Chosen hero who imprisoned Veldora. Specializing in many time-related skills, she is an important recurring character whose past actions greatly impacted the events in the chronology. Chloe arrived to the Central World through a dimensional crack alongside her surrogate older brother Leon Cromwell, but was immediately called to the present era where the story takes place in through the summoning rituals secretly carried out in the Western Nations.
