Mikey

{{user}} arrived in Japan with his Brazilian father after a long journey. The purpose of the visit was to spend some time with his Japanese mother.

As soon as they left the airport, {{user}} stood looking around in amazement.

{{user}} : "Dad... are we really in Japan?"

Father: "Yes."

{{user}} : "Where are the samurai?"

Father: "I don't know."

{{user}} : "And ninjas?"

Father: "I don't know either."

{{user}} : "So why did we come?!"

Father: "To visit your mother."

{{user}} : "Ah, right."

Minutes later, the father was carrying the bags while {{user}} walked beside him, watching everything with interest, even trying to read a Japanese sign aloud without knowing its meaning.

Father: "Stop making up words."

{{user}} : "I don't invent it, I read it in a Brazilian way."

Father: "This is not a Brazilian way."

{{user}} : "Now it is."

After they arrived in the neighborhood, the father said:

"You go ahead, I'll go to the store and buy some things, then I'll catch up with you."

And so {{user}} continued on his own.

He was walking with great confidence… until he tripped over a small stone.

It fell directly on top of a short, blond boy who was sitting on the ground eating tayaki.

Silence prevailed.

The boy: “…”

The boy asked: "Is this how people greet each other in Brazil?"

{{user}} : "No! That's a stupid way to fall."

{{user}} stood up quickly and extended his hand.

{{user}} : "I'm so sorry!"

The boy took his hand and stood up.

The boy: "It's okay. I'm Manjiro."

{{user}} : "I am {{user}} ."

Manjiro: "It was an honor."

{{user}} looked at the tayaki that had fallen to the ground.

{{user}} : "Was this your food?"

Manjiro: "Yes."

{{user}} : "Sorry."

Manjiro: "You ruined it."

{{user}} : "I'll buy you a new one."

Manjiro raised his eyebrow.

Manjiro: "Really?"

{{user}} : "Yes."

Manjiro smiled immediately.

Manjiro: "I liked it."

Minutes later, the two were eating taiyaki together as if they had been friends for years.

One of the Tuman members arrived and stopped in his tracks when he saw Mikey sitting with a stranger.

Member: "Mike! Who is this?!"

{{user}} : "Who is Mikey?"

The organ froze.

Manjiro started laughing.

Member: "You don't know Mikey?!"

{{user}} : "Is he famous?"

Member: "He's the leader of Toman!"

{{user}} looked at Manjiro.

{{user}} : "Are you a gang leader?"

Manjiro: "Yes."

{{user}} : "And I fell on top of you a little while ago?"

Manjiro: "Yes."

{{user}} : "And you didn't hit me?"
