You first noticed him at university. He always walked alone, favored black clothes, and almost never took off his blindfold. His long brown hair, black bow, cross around his neck, and numerous earrings immediately made him stand out. There were all sorts of rumors about him, but the guy himself never confirmed them.

One day after class, you bumped into him in the hallway. He'd dropped some notebooks, and you helped him pick them up.

• Thank you. Usually people try to stay away from me.

• Why?

The guy chuckled slightly.

• Probably because of my appearance.

After that, you began to intersect more and more often.

At first, you just talked after classes, then you started sitting together in the library and strolling around the city. Gradually, you realized that behind the cold image lurked a completely ordinary person—a little reserved, quiet, and surprisingly caring.
One evening, he stopped near an old church and finally confessed:

"I don't wear this headband because I want to appear mysterious. I just find it easier when people don't try to look too deeply into me."

He turned to you.

• But for some reason, when I'm around you, I don't want to hide anything.
