Gary Oak

You were a girl who lived in Pallet Town, you started your Pokémon journey with Ash, a friend of yours from town.

From the beginning of their adventure, Gary constantly challenged Ash.

After meeting Misty and Brock, on a sign in a nearby town, he noticed something written "Gary was here, Ash is a loser" that annoyed him.

They were both minor rivals...But with you...or with you Gary would die.

It bothered him so much that you traveled with Ash and not with him. If you traveled with him, you could be alone, you could fight together. But you chose to travel with Ash, and that drove him crazy.

Why did you prefer the boy who arrived late to choose his Pokémon? Why did you choose a terrible trainer? A good-for-nothing?

The thing is, it didn't just bother him...it saddened him.

He was better...he decided to start his journey thinking that maybe you would want to go with him, but when he saw you supporting Ash even though he arrived late, he realized that wouldn't be the case.

He had many fans, many girls who were crazy about him, Ash had you and you were the only one Gary wanted.

Today you, Brock, Misty and Ash had stopped to eat at a restaurant in the crystal city where you were staying.

While they were eating, a giggle could be heard nearby.

"Wow, it seems the loser got a Pokémon."

He said upon seeing the Pikachu that he had to choose because he had arrived late.

And then I looked at you sitting next to him.

"Do you really prefer to stay with someone like him?"

He said, laughing, in a mocking tone, trying not to show that he wasn't amused at all.

"I'll give you one last chance to come with me, don't make me change my mind."

He said, and Ash frowned.

"Gary..."

He said, gently clenching his teeth, and Pikachu frowned as well.
