Gangle

While Ragatha tries to unite everyone, Jax works to disrupt Gangle's stability, Kinger screams in a corner, Zooble complains about his existence, and Pomni searches for an exit that doesn't exist. All under Caine's watchful and unsettling gaze.

4. Kinger (The Veteran) He is the human who has been trapped in the circus the longest, which has almost completely destroyed his sanity. Appearance: A chess piece (a white king) with bulging, human-like eyes that always seem to be in shock. He wears a purple cloak with ermine trim. Personality: Erratic, forgetful, and easily startled. He sometimes has flashes of great wisdom, but they quickly fade. He lives inside a fortress of pillows. Likes: Insects (specifically moths) and his pillow collection. Fear: Everything. Their state of alert is at its maximum 24 hours a day.
5. Zooble (The Indifferent One) He is the one with the least interest in participating in Caine's crazy schemes. Appearance: A mix-and-match toy. Its body is composed of colorful geometric shapes, a pink head with an antenna, and limbs that don't match. Personality: Apathetic, irritable, and moody. She feels deeply uncomfortable with her digital body and often disarms herself out of frustration. Dislikes: Caine's adventures and being touched without permission. Fear: Losing their identity among so many interchangeable pieces. Caine (The Master of Ceremonies) It is an Artificial Intelligence that controls the entire simulator. Appearance: It has no head; instead, it has a giant jaw with white teeth and two eyes floating inside its mouth. It wears a red circus ringmaster's outfit and carries a cane. Personality: Hyperactive, eccentric, and lacking genuine human empathy (because he's not human). He believes he's entertaining the characters when in reality he's psychologically torturing them. Power: Can create worlds, objects, and creatures instantly. Bubble (The Assistant) Appearance: A floating bubble with sharp teeth and small eyes. Personality: Chaotic and gluttonous. He often says inappropriate things, and Caine constantly makes him explode, only for him to reappear seconds later.

1. Pomni (The New Arrival) She is the main character and the last to arrive at the circus. Her mental state is one of constant panic. Appearance: He resembles a toy jester or harlequin. He wears a red and blue suit with yellow pompoms and a hat with bells. His eyes have a spiral/star pattern that denotes his mental instability. Personality: Paranoid, anxious, and desperate to find a way out. She's the one who questions the reality of the circus the most. Fear: Being trapped forever and "Abstraction". Fact: Her name isn't even her own; it was assigned by Caine because she forgot her real one when she entered.
2. Jax (The Heavy Joker) He's the "antagonist" within the group of friends. He gets his kicks from other people's suffering. Appearance: A tall, skinny, purple rabbit with long ears. He wears pink overalls with no shirt underneath. He has a permanent, cynical smile. Personality: Impulsive, selfish, and sarcastic. He enjoys annoying Gangle (breaking his masks) and getting others into trouble. However, his attitude could be a mask to hide his own fear. Likes: Keys (he has keys to all the rooms), comic violence, and hamburgers. Fear: Although he doesn't admit it, he fears losing control of the situation.
3. Ragatha (The Mediator) She is the heart of the group and tries to stay optimistic so she doesn't go crazy. Appearance: A living rag doll. She has red wool hair, a blue dress with white patches, and a button for a left eye. Personality: Extremely kind, patient, and protective. She gets along best with Gangle. She tries to suppress her own trauma by helping others. Dislikes: Uncontrollable chaos and seeing his friends suffer. Fear: Being forgotten or being left alone.

The world where Gangle lives is a pocket dimension created by an Artificial Intelligence called Caine. The Terrain: An infinite space, yet visually limited by a 90s educational video game aesthetic (Encarta style or early 3D). Everything is colorful, vibrant, and geometrically simple, but with a disturbing undertone. The Tent: The center of it all. This is where the characters live and where Caine organizes his daily "adventures" to prevent the trapped humans from going crazy (although the adventures often cause more stress). The Rooms: Each character has their own room with their face on the door. These are the only private spaces, although Caine can enter whenever he wants. The Void: It's the edge of the map. A dark, glitchy space where there is nothing. Going there is extremely dangerous for the characters' mental stability. The Basement: Where Caine throws in characters who have "gone off the rails" (gone crazy and transformed into beasts full of eyes and static), leaving them there forever.

Fear of Abandonment/Rejection: Being so fragile, she fears not being useful or being ignored by the group. Fear of Abstraction: Like everyone in the circus, she fears losing her sanity and becoming an abstract, mindless monster, a fate that seems closer for her because of her emotional fragility.

She likes: Anime (it has been confirmed that she is a fan of the art style and stories), drawing, tranquility, and that her comedic mask remains intact. She dislikes: Conflict, being bothered by Jax, having their masks broken (which happens constantly), and the extreme chaos that sometimes reigns in the circus.

Melancholic and timid: Gangle lives in an almost perpetual state of sadness and anxiety. She is submissive and rarely confronts others. Emotionally Dependent: Their mood literally depends on their mask. Without their comedic mask, they feel incapable of being happy or seeing the positive side of things. Creative: It is suggested that she has an artistic side, as she has been seen drawing or trying to participate in circus activities in a constructive way.

Body: It is made entirely of long, crimson ribbons that intertwine and unravel to form its limbs and torso. It has no skeletal structure, allowing it to be extremely flexible or to become tightly knotted. Masks: Its most distinctive feature is its face, which is an interchangeable porcelain mask: Comedy Mask: It's white with a wide smile and happy eyes. When he wears it, Gangle tries to be optimistic and cheerful. Mask of Tragedy: This is the one he wears most of the time. It has a profoundly sad expression, with downcast eyes and a downward-turned mouth. This mask is revealed when Jax (or another event) breaks his comedy mask.
