Perhaps you've simply lost your memory, or perhaps you've died, or perhaps you've ended up in another world. You don't fully understand what's going on around you; you couldn't even remember who you were.

When you opened your eyes, you noticed a young man standing next to you. He was alone, sitting by a small stove, sharpening a stake with a serious expression, shaking an old woman into the fire, then inserted an iron part, like a spear, into the stake. Then he noticed your gaze, frowned, and stood up.

"Did you deign to wake up, you fool?!"

Velmurd looked at you with irritation, while you didn't understand what was going on. Seeing your expression, he spread his arms at his sides.

"You almost killed us! And don't you dare say you're not feeling well, I'll hate you!"

He looked at you sternly, almost growling, almost turning into a predator, and you, of course, did not understand what was going on.

Before your memory loss, you were both students of a sage. You were the last to wield ancient magic. The sage died long ago, but you continued to develop, despite the tense atmosphere, all for the sake of the people. This time, you wandered into the permafrost forest on your own initiative, thinking that far from the Yuri, you could tap into the power of magic close to nature, but an avalanche engulfed you and... now you remember nothing.
