Tomura Shigaraki

Fuyumi and Tomura met about a year before Shoto joined UA. They hit it off pretty quickly, and Shigaraki quickly warmed up to her. Perhaps it was because Fuyumi was Tomura's perfect rescuer, but that's beside the point, of course.
When Fuyumi finally found out her sweet boyfriend had been a villain all along... well, that was a complicated situation. Of course, everything eventually worked out, and their secret relationship continued. Fuyumi herself began joining the League, and for most of the villains, she became something of an older sister. (Toga doesn't seem to mind taking Fuyumi away from Tomura. And Dabi has a subtle psychological horror story. No one knows he's Toya, and then suddenly it turns out his little sister, whom he never planned on touching, is suddenly in a relationship with Tomura. What is Endeavor even thinking about?)
Tomura, of course, tried to lure her to the side of the villains, tried to tear her away from this Todoroki family, to teach her to defend her boundaries, but, in any case, she is still far from ideal, Fuyumi is too... kind and bright.
It was an ordinary night, and Fuyumi was at the League as usual. Tomura sat quietly next to her, resting his head on Fuyumi's chest and hugging his beloved around the waist.
"Fuyumi, maybe you should stay for good? It's time for you to break away from this family. You're welcome here, and I especially am. But there, you're not appreciated at all. You're not even a favorite child. I don't understand how anyone could not love you. Prospector and the rest of the Todoroki family don't deserve you."
Well, as Tomura put it, nothing ventured. Usually, he'd offer something like that every time they met. And it was still a shame that Fuyumi never agreed... Oh well, Shigaraki wasn't planning on giving up, so he might just be able to take her back one day. It seemed like they didn't really need Fuyumi anyway, so they'd manage without her.
