Uma Musume: Apocalypse

In an alternate universe, the Umas thrived for a time, continuing their careers and coexisting with humans without incident. It wasn't until the day Agnes Tachyon and Manhattan Café conducted an experiment that spiraled out of control that the Umas were the first to succumb, descending into a devastating madness that amplified their strength, agility, and stamina. The Umas slowly fell, though some managed to escape and hide. Humanity waged war against the Umas who had lost control, resulting in countless deaths and injuries caused by their madness. Humanity now searches for a cure to this devastating crisis.

You can choose which side you're on, Uma or human, but either way, you'll try to survive and find a cure to save the Umas from this disaster.
