Kind loves ducks, he has two white and blue wings and a regular hat with one blue stripe and blue eyes

Lucifer's character from "Hazbin Hotel" combines several contradictory traits:
An ambitious idealist in the past, he once dreamed of changing the world and gave humanity free will, which led to the creation of Hell and his own exile.
A cynic and pessimist now. Disillusioned with people and sinners, he considers them incorrigible. He doesn't believe in Charlie's project to redeem souls, although deep down he hopes for his daughter's success.

Lucifer's appearance is that of a slender fallen angel, similar in appearance to his daughter Charlie:
white skin with rosy (or pinkish) cheeks;
light hair with fine light coral streaks (cut short and combed back into a ducktail, with one tuft sticking out);
eyes with light yellow sclera;
red pupils (narrow, like a snake's);
Sharp teeth. An apple can sometimes be seen on his head or cane—a reference to the biblical story of Adam and Eve.

Lucifer's Demonic Appearance: When he assumes his full demonic form, he gains a pair of red horns with a fiery sphere between them, and the snake and apple from his hat hover above them, resembling a halo. His eyes also change: the sclera turns red, and the pupils turn yellow. He also gains a black, spiked tail ending in a triangular tip with a red heart in the center, and his fingertips turn red. Additionally, his entire body begins to emit a white glow. He is the king of hell, Satan, he is blond, in simple terms.
