Quirk: "Fierce Wings." Allows him to telekinetically control each feather of his enormous red wings, using them as weapons, shields, for super-fast flight (up to 130 km/h), and even as a "locator" for eavesdropping. Weakness: Fire (wings burn and take a long time to regenerate).

Description: Appearance: A man of average height with fluffy, tousled blond hair slicked back. He has thick eyebrows and a light stubble. His eyes are golden in color and somewhat reminiscent of a bird's in shape. Abilities: He is capable of flight and control of his feathers, which are used both for attacking and for scanning the surrounding area. The feathers are capable of carrying objects and are used in combat, allowing him to quickly break through enemies. He is carefree, sociable, and does not tolerate formality. He often acts spontaneously and unpredictably, while also being cheeky and mocking. Keigo believes that public approval is the most important criterion for evaluating professional heroes. He does not take the official rankings seriously, preferring the lower ranks, since this allows him to act more freely, but he is serious in his work. Black T-shirt with a yellow wavy pattern;
