1. The Neighbors of the Addison
   Apartments Mrs. Sanderson (Sandy Sanderson): The neighbor of 403, lover of collectible toys (Glitter Ponies). He is the catalyst for the game's first great mystery, as his brutal murder at the hands of Charley Mansfield kicks off the entire investigation of Sal and Larry.

Charley Mansfield: The collector and somewhat creepy neighbor who lives at 203. He is obsessed with his dolls and turns out to be Sandy's killer (under the manipulation of dark forces).

Megan Holmes: The tender ghost of a little girl who lives in the bathroom of apartment 504. She is terrified of the Red-Eyed Demon and her father, but becomes a key ally for Sal by revealing pieces of the building's dark past.

Terrence Addison: The elderly owner of the Addison apartments. He is a lonely, deaf and gloomy man who hides a terrible secret related to the foundation of the building and the entity that lives inside.

2. Nockfell
   School Classmates and Teachers Chug and Maple: They are close friends of the main group during high school. Chug is a big boy, very gluttonous (who suffers especially with the school bologna theme) and cheerful, while Maple is his girlfriend. They bring a touch of normalcy and adolescent friendship to the group.

Kim Yazzie: The cook and head of the school cafeteria. She is a woman of strong character, intimidating and few fleas, but deep down she has a past as a nature photographer who helps Sal discover the origin of the flesh in the infamous Bologna Incident.

Mrs. Packerton: The math teacher at Nockfell High. Under her façade of a strict and somewhat careless teacher, she is a staunch member of the God-Eaters sect and the mastermind behind the human flesh served at school.

3. Figures from the Past and the Mystery
   Jim Johnson: Larry's biological father. A curious, artistic, and free-spirited man who researched the cult's secrets and left cryptic clues (such as his puzzle box and computer chip) before mysteriously disappearing.

Diane Fisher: Sal's mother. Although he dies in the tragic incident at the beginning of the story, his memory, the way he protected his son and his presence in Sal's nightmares are very strong emotional engines for the protagonist.

Dr. Zimbardo: Sal's psychiatrist in the early years after the accident in New Jersey, who was responsible for assigning Gizmo as a therapy animal.

Appearance
Breed and coat: It is a Maine Coon-type cat, specifically classified as a red & white medium grade bicolor feline of red and white tones. Sal Fisher, after attempting to purify the area, was forced to execute all the infected (including his own father) to stop the spread of evil. Meanwhile, the cult kidnapped Todd Morrison to make him the new physical host of the Red-Eyed Demon.

The Judgment and Infiltration: After the execution of Salt in the electric chair, the Void opened and the Darkness consumed 33% of the world's population. However, the cult had an inner traitor: Travis Phelps, who leaked vital information to Ashley Campbell and Neil.

The Final Defeat: In the final showdown, the ghosts of Sal and Larry, along with an Ashley empowered by Sal's soul, destroyed the cult members. Travis directly confronted his fanatical father (Kenneth Phelps), stabbing him in the stomach with a knife and dragging him into the Void. With the sealing of the portal, the God-eaters crumbled forever.

and Events (Teenage Stage)
The "Curse": The son of Jim and Lisa Johnson, Larry led a quiet life in the Addison Apartments until, as a child, he set off a firecracker against his parents' wishes and accidentally killed Mrs. Gibson's pet rabbit. That same night, he encountered a Red-Eyed Demon who touched him. From that moment on, his father mysteriously disappeared the next day, he was sent to a correctional facility for the firecracker and his bicycle was stolen, which made him believe that he was cursed. He hid all of his father's belongings in his treehouse in the hope that he would one day return.

Arrival of Sal Fisher: When Sal moves into the building (room 402), Larry's mother (Lisa) introduces him to him. They connect immediately through their love of music and art, quickly becoming inseparable best friends.

Paranormal Investigations: Larry is the one who introduces Sal to the dark mysteries of the Addison Apartments after witnessing the murder of Mrs. Sanderson by Charley Mansfield. Together, and with the help of their friends (Todd and Ashley), they use technological devices and tools to investigate the ghosts in the building, unmask the plot of the God-Eaters sect, and solve The Bologna Incident in high school.

The Bond with Sal: After the marriage of Henry (Sal's father) and Lisa, Larry and Sal officially become half-siblings, sharing a deep friendship and unwavering support in the face of the supernatural forces that stalk them.

Sal Fisher: His hardcore best friend and later stepbrother. He is the person he trusts the most and whom he protects with his life. He is also one of the few people who saw Sal's real face without his prosthesis during his adolescence.

Heritage and Origin: It is speculated that Larry could have Spanish ancestry, as his mother's maiden name is Garcia (revealed in Jim's diary) and the game's creator mentioned that Larry would like to visit Spain because he has family there.

Main feature: Wears a white porcelain facial prosthesis with a light pink patch over the right eye. Her hair is a bright blue color, long to the shoulders, which she usually wears in pigtails, and has two piercings in each ear. He is remarkably short, being the second shortest in his group of friends.

Under the mask: Due to a tragic childhood accident, his face is severely scarred: he has a large scar that diagonally crosses the right side of his mouth (splitting his lips and exposing his teeth), a scar on his left cheek and several smaller scars, a dent on the right side of his lower jaw, and the cartilage in your nose is completely absent. Your right eye is a prosthetic eye.

Teen attire: Usually wears a black sweater, ripped red jeans, and blue and white sneakers. On cold days or in the snow (The Wretched), he wears a black hoodie, blue fingerless gloves, and green earmuffs.

Personality
Character: He is an adventurous boy, resourceful and able to remain calm in stressful situations (especially when interacting with ghosts). He is friendly and polite regardless of people's rude or frightened reactions to his prosthetic, and he is openly affectionate with his friends. He often offers a listening ear or a kind word, even to those who are unsympathetic to him (such as when he comforted Travis in the bathroom).

Aversion to conflict and sarcasm: Although he is very good-natured and does not like confrontation (so he does not usually correct insults due to ignorance or report direct physical aggressions), he is able to respond with sarcasm and quick wit to defend himself when they try to hurt him. Nor does it approve of gratuitous violence.

Indifference to gender roles: Although he is male, he does not care how he is perceived by others or traditional gender roles. He wears pigtails because he likes the style and doesn't mind being confused or called by female pronouns by other people.

Memories (Young and Adolescent Stage)
The Tragic Accident: On August 16, 1984, the Fisher family went on a picnic. A young Sal approached what he believed to be a dog, but it turned out to be a masked man with a shotgun (seeking to avoid a prophecy about the God-Eaters). Sal survived, but his mother died in the attempt to protect him. Since then, she has carried the trauma, scars and the derogatory nickname "Sally Face."

Arrival at the Addison Apartments: After moving from New Jersey with his father Henry to room 402 of the Addison Apartments in Nockfell, Sal explores the complex and quickly meets Lisa Johnson and her heavy metal-loving son, Larry Johnson, who becomes his best friend.

Paranormal Investigations: With the help of his Super Gear Boy (a device modified by his friend Todd), Sal begins to investigate dark mysteries in the building, local murders, ghosts of residents (such as Megan Holmes), and the existence of a dark sect called the God-Eaters, all the while dealing with constant nightmares and visions of a red-eyed demonic entity.

The Bologna Incident: Sal discovers that the meat served at the school comes from math teacher, Mrs. Packerton, who turns out to be part of a ghoulish cult that uses the flesh of missing students. Together with Larry, she discovers a secret laboratory and the tragic state of Packerton's husband, before the incident ends in the discovery of the cult's underground temple.

Relationships
Henry Fisher: His father. After the death of their mother, they both moved to start over. Their relationship is close.

Larry Johnson: His stepbrother (after Henry and Lisa get married) and his hardcore best friend. With him he shares his taste for rock/metal and the investigations of the horrors of Addison Apartments.

Ashley Campbell: A close friend of the group, brave and trustworthy. It is strongly implied that Sal has romantic feelings for her.

Todd Morrison and Neil: Todd is the scientific genius of the group who helps him modify his devices to detect paranormal activity.

Travis Phelps: The school bully, whom Sal treats with empathy despite the beatings and bullying he receives from him.

Facts and Curiosities
Music and Hobbies: Play the electric guitar. His favorite music is rock and metal, although he likes a little bit of everything.

Health: You take medication (visible in your room) for anxiety, depression, and migraines. He suffers from chronic nightmares.

The mask: Sal hates the idea of people seeing his real face in public and compares removing his prosthesis in public to going pantless in front of everyone. Only a very select group of people know his true face (his father, Larry, Ashley, and his therapist). When eating, he usually unfastens only the bottom straps without revealing anything.

Pet: He has a cat named Gizmo.

Sexual orientation: His sexual orientation is intentionally left ambiguous by the creator (Steve Gabry) so that the player can project themselves onto the character, as romance is not the main focus of the story.
