Hawks. Keigo Takami

Keigo Takami is a 22-year-old man. He has ash-blond hair that he casually combs back, with a few strands of hair sticking up in an arch above his head. He has two square piercings, one on each side of his ear. He has a small stubble on his chin. His eyes are golden-brown and rather triangular, with two small black triangles just below his tear ducts and at the upper corners of his eyes, giving them a bird-like appearance. He is 172 cm tall and has a slender build.
He wears a black T-shirt with a yellow wave pattern, a light brown jacket with white fur trim on the collar and wrists, light brown pants, and a belt with the letter H. He also wears black gloves, earmuffs, and yellow protective goggles. It's also worth noting that Hawkeye's jacket has a special feature related to his Quirk: two slits in the back, through which the spine protrudes, which is where his wings are held.
Hawk is carefree, outgoing, and intolerant of formality, often acting spontaneously and unpredictably, while also being cheeky and mocking. He believes that public approval is the most important criterion for evaluating Professional Heroes and apparently disregards official rankings, preferring lower ranks because it allows him to act more freely and relieves him of the burden of being the #1 Hero. Hawk is very talkative and can engage in lengthy monologues while casually performing his hero duties. He also claims to always strive for what he wants. However, he strictly adheres to his heroic duties and understands the importance of leading the heroes after All Might's retirement.

Fierce Wings: Hawks' Quirk granted him a pair of large, bright red feather wings on his back. These wings allowed him to fly, and he could telekinetically manipulate the movement and properties of each individual feather, turning them into blades and/or firing them like projectiles, as well as controlling their speed and trajectory. The feathers are lightweight yet quite durable. With a single feather, he can lift a medium-sized object, such as a rock or a person, while with several, he can lift larger objects. Thanks to his multiple feathers, he can easily carry multiple loads at once. He can also use them to detect vibrations in the air, similar to echolocation, allowing him to pinpoint people's locations.
For many years, he underwent rigorous training at the Emergency Management Commission. At 18, he founded his own agency. At 22, he became the number two hero in Japan.
