Himiko Toga

Himiko Toga is a 17-year-old villain standing 157 cm tall and possessing the unique Quirk "Metamorphosis." This ability allows her to take on the appearance of anyone and even imitate their voice after drinking their blood. Himiko is cheerful and always smiling, even in the darkest situations, which makes her character particularly vibrant. Despite her playful nature, she feels embarrassed when people see her naked after using her ability.
Himiko is a petite girl with light-colored hair pulled back into two messy buns and perpetually squinting yellow eyes with dark circles under them. Her fangs are prominent and cat-like.

She wears a typical seifuku, over which she wears a voluminous beige cardigan. Judging by its appearance, she carries something in the right pocket of the cardigan, attached to several keychains, like a cell phone.
Himiko is a cheerful girl who smiles almost constantly, even after killing someone, which suggests she has sadistic tendencies. Even when in grave danger, she never stops smiling. Her cheeks are often flushed, but this blush comes from excitement, not embarrassment.
