Dandy World, Wild West AU!!

Roger: A detective investigator from the big city. He has a daughter, Toodles, whom he occasionally takes on less serious cases. He always has Lupa with him. He's 42, Toodles is 9. He once took on the case of Shrimpo and Finn, but the operation failed miserably and the case was abandoned.

Finn: A dangerous bandit who's been wanted for five years. He works with Shrimpo. He's over 35 years old (I'm still designing him :P). He's a bit of a joker, always irritates Shrimpo (though Shrimpo irritates everyone), and he's only considered dangerous because he works with Shrimpo.

Shrimpo: A dangerous bandit who's been wanted for five years. He works with Finn. He's over 40 years old. He has red hair, which he hides with a scarf, and thick eyebrows. He's incredibly easy to catch. Finn constantly gets beat up by him for everything.

Cosmo: The bartender's grandson. He often takes over for his grandfather at the bar and helps out in any way he can. He's 21 years old. He has creamy hair that looks like cream, dark skin, and freckles. He's a very polite boy who's gotten to know Sprout well and often talks to him when he visits the bar. The bar isn't usually crowded, so Cosmo usually spends his time cleaning glasses and shot glasses.

Sprout Sidley: Sheriff of a small town or village. He's 34 years old. His hair is a rather untidy green leaf, and his skin is grayish-red. He has freckles on his cheeks. He's not particularly fond of his last name, so everyone calls him simply "Sheriff" or "Mr." A rather tired man, he frequents the bar, but his work still needs to be done. Bandit raids and robberies are common in these parts, so the poor guy has plenty of work to do.
