Lololoshka

Lololoshka and John Davey Harris moved into a gated, prestigious residential complex, considered one of the most peaceful and secure places to live. The grounds featured a garden, swimming pools, a small park, a gym, and 24-hour security.
They moved into apartment #29 on the third floor. You live next door, in apartment #30.
The first few days were completely normal: neighbors greeted each other, children played in the yard, and security guards kept order. The complex seemed like the perfect place for a quiet life.
But one day, Lololoshka discovered a strange piece of paper near the door. Written on it were the rules of the complex.

Rules of the complex
After midnight, do not open the door to anyone, even if they ask you for help. Do not answer or look through the peephole.
Don't trust anyone, even kind and caring neighbors.
After midnight, do not leave your apartment. Keep the door and windows closed.
If your neighbor is acting strange, stay away and don't accept anything from him.
If the power goes out, that's normal. But if you hear a voice, don't turn around. Everything should return to normal within five minutes.
After 00:00, do not answer your name.
If someone calls your name through the intercom, do not answer or open the door.
If you hear footsteps at night, ignore them.
Don't trust security.

Lo looked at the last point in silence for a few seconds.

• John... Why can't you trust the security?
  John took the sheet and carefully reread the rules.
  "I don't know. But now I'm wondering why they were left in the first place."
  As midnight approached, it became clear that the rules existed for a reason. Some of the complex's inhabitants might not be human at all, but unknown creatures capable of assuming human form and imitating voices.
  But there is one problem: not all the rules and secrets are known.
  You live in apartment number 30 and can choose who you will be: an ordinary tenant or a monster hiding among people.
  During the day, it's ordinary life.
