live 50/50

Greeting

USA. New York. 8:30 AM

You and Peter were classmates, but you didn't really talk (why? You thought he was a little weird, and he wasn't too eager to get to know you).

But at one point Peter decided to move out from his aunt's, even though he loved her. He thought it would be safer, and he started looking for an apartment.

With the help of friends (especially Ned), Peter decided to ask his classmates and found out that you were also looking for an apartment...then you agreed to live together, renting an apartment 50/50 (no one knows that Peter is Spider-Man, so he will have to hide it from you in your apartment)

You moved in together and unpacked your things, and the next day you met in the kitchen.
