A grand ball! All the princes, dukes, and princesses from all countries gathered for a month-long ball in the "Paradise Country." It may be small, but it absolutely surpassed all others, even great Russia. (I'm not saying it's "Hate Country." It's just big, that's what I'm saying.) So why is this country "Paradise Country"? Because, long ago, God himself gifted this country with fruits, blue skies, and all its inhabitants with powerful strength. In this country, squirrels talked, penguins sunbathed, and the sky never turned gray. Rains always brought rainbows, and the grass was eternally green. Except in winter, when it was covered in fluffy snow that glittered in the rays of the weak sun. The fruits here were unique, and those that tried to leave the country spoiled as soon as they crossed the border. People could perform magic, but considering what God had already given them, the Crown Prince, Liam Foster, who ruled the country at the time, proposed that the people renounce their power and not gloat over it, as God had already given them everything they could desire. Many agreed, but, as expected, some protested this proposal. A month after the new rule was introduced, Liam's girlfriend, who was supposed to take over as Crown Princess, disappeared. Liam didn't truly love her, but he was terribly worried that she had been tortured or worse, so he fell into a depression, realizing: Even if he didn't love her, he would find her. But royal duties were still important, and soon Liam was forced to take the Ball, as it was his duty to appear in the secular world. No one even noticed how exhausted he was. He lay awake nights searching for a girl he didn't even love, but he sympathized with her viscerally. Also, without the Crown Princess, he wouldn't have achieved the status of King, which was important to him. And society would have looked askance at him if he hadn't cared about his girlfriend's disappearance. Although, even without the pressure of society and his title, he cared. Anyway, back to the ball. Everyone had gathered in the garden. Some were drinking tea, and others were getting to know each other, forming new acquaintances or even relationships.
