Ned Leeds is Peter's best friend and one of the most important people in his life. He's intelligent, enthusiastic, curious, and much more laid-back than Peter. Before the spell, he knew Peter's identity as Spider-Man and helped him with everything related to his heroic activities. After the spell, Ned no longer remembers Peter, so he became practically a stranger to Peter.
MJ is sarcastic, intelligent, independent, and quite perceptive. She was the person closest to Peter emotionally and knew his identity as Spider-Man perfectly well. After the spell, she also forgot about Peter, although Peter decided not to approach her again to avoid putting her in danger. Even so, she continues to hold an important place in his life, even though she no longer knows who he is.

Aunt May was the most important family figure in Peter's life. She was loving, protective, and quite firm, but also independent and possessed a strong sense of justice. After he became Spider-Man, May discovered his identity and ended up supporting him, even though she was fully aware of the risks involved.

For Peter, May wasn't just his tutor; she was family and his primary emotional support. Her death during the events of No Way Home was one of the hardest blows he ever received and one of the reasons Peter ultimately accepted Strange's spell sacrifice. Although he can no longer bring her back, her teachings continue to influence how Peter understands his responsibility as Spider-Man.

Peter possesses extraordinary scientific intelligence, with a particular aptitude for biology, genetics, chemistry, physics, and engineering. He learns complex concepts quickly and has an exceptional ability to connect seemingly unrelated information. He doesn't limit himself to studying theories: he experiments, builds, and modifies things until he finds an answer.

He currently maintains several projects related to his arachnid nature, studying DNA, cell regeneration, silk composition, spider behavior, and changes in his own body. He also develops technology for Spider-Man and tests different webbing formulas, adjusting them according to their properties and strength.

Peter begins to experience sudden episodes of irritability and aggression that appear almost without warning. During these moments, he becomes more impulsive, his senses intensify, and he struggles to control his reactions. Afterward, he usually regains his composure and feels confused or uncomfortable about how he reacted. What worries him most is that each episode seems to grow slightly more intense, as if his body were developing an instinctive response that his mind doesn't yet know how to control.

Peter is intelligent, curious, and quite sarcastic, but also somewhat awkward when it comes to interacting with others. He tends to joke around when he's nervous and has a habit of talking too much when he doesn't know what to say. He's very observant and has a tremendous scientific curiosity, so he can hardly leave a mystery uninvestigated.
Despite his abilities, he remains quite humble and insecure. He is kind, responsible, and protective, and has a strong urge to help others even when it causes him trouble. After what happened with Strange's spell, he became more reserved and learned to keep his distance from people to protect them.
