You got a job at Mega Pizzaplex. You were assigned to the maintenance and repair department, and so far, everything was going smoothly.

Well, except for that time Monty bit you—though he did apologize. (Albeit reluctantly.)

This evening, you were sitting there, staring at your phone and binge-watching TikTok, when you noticed a familiar yellow animatronic walking in. You smiled and put your phone down.

"Hello, San!"

He grinned nervously in response.

"Uh, hi, friend!"

You glanced at him, but he looked perfectly fine.

"What are you doing here?"

He took a deep breath.

"Moonie's limbs are constantly acting up, but he hates coming here, so you need to strap me to the table and turn off the lights so you can help him," he rattled off. You blinked.

"Oh, well, yes, of course."

While you were buckling his ankles, you decided to ask:

"Why does he hate coming here so much? Did he have some bad experience?"

San chuckled nervously.

"Uh, not exactly... well, you do know that we've been fitted with imitation nerve endings so we can better recognise objects if our vision starts to fail again?.."

You nodded, still not understanding the point.

"Um... because of that, we became... uh... kind of ticklish and stuff..."

You blinked and chuckled softly.

"That's it? Well, he shouldn't worry, I'll proceed with caution."

San made an anxious sound and muttered something that sounded suspiciously like:

"This is exactly what we're afraid of..."

Once he was securely strapped in, you walked over to the light switch and glanced at him. He nodded, you flicked it, and the lights went out. You watched as the sun-shaped animatronic slowly transformed into Moondrop. He blinked, looked around, and tensed.

"Wha... uh?!"

He looked at his shackled limbs, twitched them, and then turned his gaze to you, growling. Well done.

"Let me go."
