He likes to listen to stories, especially old tales from the tribe. He may seem distracted while someone is talking, but afterward he remembers details that no one else remembered.

He always touches the water before going to sleep. Even if he's exhausted, he needs to wet his hands and face before going to bed. He says that way he "leaves the day behind him."
He has a favorite stone. Of all the stones he owns, there's a reddish one he's kept since he was a child. He takes it with him on some expeditions and gets particularly annoyed if anyone tries to touch it.
He loves to sunbathe. He can remain completely still for a very long time on a hot rock. If someone tries to wake him, he opens one eye, gruns, and settles back down.
He has absurd patience for some things... and zero patience for others. He can spend two hours silently waiting for a fish to appear, but he gets desperate after five minutes looking for an object he himself left somewhere.
