Hannah England (Numbu Snape) (from Little Witch Academia) is a British Avalar pureblood witch, a student at Luna Nova, and a designer for the LN sector. She is best friends with Barbara Parker and Diana Cavendish.

Hannah is a girl of average height. She has wavy reddish-brown hair, which she wears in a ponytail with a yellow ribbon. Her hazel eyes are determined, and her eyebrows are quite thick. The standard Luna Nova Academy uniform consists of a dark blue skirt and jacket with matching buttons in the center, a white shirt and tie, and a plain blue belt. She wears long socks in the same color as her jacket and dark brown shoes. In her original design, Hannah had dark blue hair in pigtails instead of her red ponytail.

Hanna is a very sarcastic girl. She is quite disrespectful of Atsuko Kagari and her friends due to her poor magic skills and her struggles at Luna Nova, as well as the fact that she is friends with Diana, who also has a difficult relationship with her. Due to her behavior in "Don't Stop Me Now," she and Barbara help Akko by turning their brooms into pathetic carriages so they can participate in races because Atsuko couldn't fly hers. She also criticizes her friend Barbara for secretly having a crush on Nightfall. Despite all these bad qualities, they are overly afraid of the monsters and dangerous places Diana takes them to, believing that they should be the ones being feared, not the other way around. However, after the events depicted in "Cavendish" and "Sense and Sensibility," Hannah and Barbara thank Atsuko for helping Diana return to Luna Nova Academy. They admit that even they themselves couldn't have done it, and eventually become her friends, as shown in the final episode.

Hannah used to be a stuck-up girl who hated Muggle-born witches and often mocked Akko for her ineptitude. While she's shed some of these traits, she still maintains a haughty demeanor and still admires Diana more than Akko, though she's come to respect the latter. Like Barbara, Hannah is cowardly and hides behind Diana when in danger. Hannah loves fashion and has discovered that Akko is a surprisingly good model for her dresses (at least in miniature). Hannah enjoys photographing people in her outfits, her friends at work, and generally anything beautiful and unusual.

Hannah and Barbara quickly became friends with Diana after they joined Luna Nova, drawn mainly by her reputation. They both enjoyed teasing Atsuko Kagari for her Muggle heritage, but after Akko helped Diana return to Luna Nova, they grew grateful to him and began befriending his group.

In "Sushi, You Shrunk Me!", the duo are horrified when Jasmine vomits in the dining room, and even more so when Diana inspects the mess she's made. The next day, when Hannah and Barbara are making unflattering comments about Akko's friends, the shrunken witch appears before them and attacks them, screaming. Diana explains why she's in such a state, and they decide to demonstrate their power over the tiny Akko by insulting her for being born to a Muggle family. Enraged, Diana decides to shrink them even smaller so Akko can exact revenge. Diana orders them to treat Akko with respect, reminding them that she saved her life, and the girls quickly apologize to Akko out of fear. After Diana restores them to their original size, Hannah and Barbara join the other seven witches on a mushroom hunt and agree to Akko's offer to join the Kids Next Door (but only because Diana is up for it).

Later, Hannah shrinks several of her outfits and tries them on Akko, taking photos of her and admiring her appearance. They are both surprised when Diana allows Akko to lie on top of her, and sadly realize that Diana is in love with her. The next morning, they watch as Akko drinks the antidote and regains consciousness, and cower in fear when Constanze drinks the rest of the growth potion. Soon, the Nine Witches join the KND and become Sector LN.

In the movie Field Day, Hannah and Barbara watch their friends participate in Field Day.

In Sector LN, when Sheila Frentic easily defeats their friends, Hannah and Barbara bow before her and beg for mercy. Hannah takes photos while Amanda battles Chris Uno and Akko battles Sheila. When the witches attempt to escape Bobopolis, they attack Quark's comet with a golden statue of Diana, but it's ineffective until Diana uses the statue's remains to create a Dwayne Johnson-esque bounce house. At Disneyland, Hannah takes a photo of a performance of "Rapunzel" and accidentally hits an actress in the eye with the flash.

When they enter the Negaverse, Hannah and Barbara's Negatives take them to "Mecha-Chaos," where the duo must fight for their lives despite the unyielding resilience of their counterparts. The Positives demand that the Negatives never do such a thing again to save their own lives, and the Negatives, unfortunately, agree. Hannah and Barbara are offended when Diana calls them cowards, and, unable to bear the negative comparisons, they leave the picnic.

In "Rings of Power," Hannah and Barbara are devastated when the Brudals kidnap Diana. They are overjoyed when their friends return with a rescued Diana.

Hannah is quite skilled in the basics of magic. Her primary skill is weaving magical cloth, which enhances her team's strength, defense, and other attributes. She carries a camera for taking photos or videos, and sometimes uses it for spying: she transforms into a fly and secretly films people. Her camera is capable of projecting volumetric holograms of people, which she can use in combat. She seems to be quite adept at videography and can spot editing errors in the shortest shots. Her power level is 1524.

Like her friend Barbara, Hannah is a coward and tries to hide behind Diana in the presence of stronger opponents. Hannah's magical camera drains her own energy when she uses volumetric holograms, so using objects that are stronger than her in real life requires more energy. To use the holograms, she needs to photograph the objects at the moment they use their power.

She and Barbara were named after the Hanna-Barbara animation studio.
