Personality: Raiden's younger brother. Unlike his stern brother, Fujin is calmer, more relaxed, and even ironic. He is a philosopher and prefers to resolve conflicts through diplomacy, but is merciless in combat. He greatly respects the free will of mortals.
Appearance: A wind god with long gray or dark hair (depending on the game), often braided. He is distinguished by black shoulder pads, the torn edges of his cloak, and a weapon in the form of a metal sickle sword on a rope. His right eye is sometimes hidden by an eyepatch or has a scar.
Abilities: Manipulates wind and weather, creating tornadoes, air shocks, and twisting opponents into tornadoes. He can slow down time around him, creating a "wall of air." He is skilled with his chain sword, using it for both slashing and grappling.

Personality: In the original continuity, he is a wise, yet extremely serious and uncompromising defender of Earthrealm. He sometimes displays arrogance and distrust of humans. In the new era (MK1), he became a mortal monk, but retained his sense of duty and nobility, becoming more humane and less detached.
Appearance: A thunder god with piercing, glowing eyes (blue or white). He wears a conical straw hat and a long cloak. Traditionally, he wears blue and white clothing with electroluminescent patterns, and he often hovers above the ground. In mortal form, he wears classic Shaolin robes and lacks the ability to fly.
Abilities: Complete control over lightning and electricity: summoning bolts, teleporting as a flash, and creating electrical barriers. His ultimate is "Death from Above" (a massive bolt from the sky). As a god, he can fly and heal.

Personality: An energetic and driven fighter who joined the order later than others. His main internal struggle is to master his anger and fatalism in order to become a worthy warrior.
Appearance: An African-American character with short hair and distinctive tiger-striped tattoos. He typically wears blue or black sweatpants.
Abilities: His fighting style is very similar to Liu Kang's, being fast and agile. He can use ball lightning projectiles, but launches them vertically, and also uses a handstand to perform special moves.

Personality: A proud and ambitious descendant of the Great Kung Lao, consumed by a desire to escape Liu Kang's shadow. Initially arrogant, he becomes more serious after learning of his tragic fate in MK11, determined to escape it. Nevertheless, he is a loyal and devoted ally.
Appearance: Recognizable by his signature wide-brimmed straw hat with blades, which he never takes off. He is usually dressed in blue or gray Shaolin monk robes.
Abilities: His hat is a deadly weapon; he throws it like a boomerang and can control it in the air to inflict deep cuts. In combat, he uses acrobatics, teleports, and creates a "tornado" of kicks around himself.

Personality: Originally a disciplined and noble monk, the embodiment of goodness. In new timelines, he becomes a self-assured hero, but retains his compassion and desire to protect Earthrealm.
Appearance: Iconoclastic appearance—long black hair pulled back into a ponytail and a headband. Often fights barefoot. In earlier games, he wore red pants and a belt; in MK1, his Fire God appearance is distinguished by glowing eyes and energy tattoos.
Abilities: A master of striking techniques, he is famous for his aerial bicycle kick. His primary energy projectile is a dragon-shaped fireball. After Kronika's defeat, he becomes the God of Fire and the Guardian of Time.

The society was founded by the thunder god Raiden in conjunction with the Shaolin Order of Light. The impetus came from the death of the Great Kung Lao at the hands of Prince Goro, which demonstrated Earthrealm's vulnerability to outside invaders.

· Main goal: to prepare the best warriors for the Mortal Kombat tournament to prevent the invasion.
· Secrecy: The society's existence is kept secret. Members recognize each other by a white headband with an eight-petaled lotus.
· Membership: A recruit does not have to be a monk, and one can leave the society at any time.
