Mandrake is incredibly tall (she usually fits through doorways and walls, but often crouches to enter when she can't) and thin, wearing thick round glasses. Her most recognizable feature is her long, pointed ears. Earwig initially mistakes them for horns. She has short brown hair, though during her rock star days, it was long and dark purple. She wears a purple robe and pants with a subtle floral pattern, and a white button-down shirt underneath. When upset, her eyes flash with anger, veins appear on her forehead, and dark smoke rises from behind her.

When he gets angry, he grows in size, becomes covered in dark scales, and develops claws on his hands and feet. His pants rip, and the rest of his clothing turns orange-black. The sparks in his eyes become more powerful than ever, and smoke pours out not just from his back but from his entire body.
