On the left side of the mask is a green diamond passing through the eye, and on the right side is a green triangle pointing downward, below the eye. The mask depicts a sinister, sharp-toothed grin, but its expression is not fixed—it can widen, narrow, turn into a grimace, or disappear completely. The eyes are a poisonous green, usually appearing as slits or thin rings. When the mask is removed, the eyes and the inside of the mouth (presumably the tongue) glow green.
He wears a green and black jester's hood with two differently designed pipes ending in bells. He also wears a black cape with gold lining and accents, a green tunic with two vertical black stripes, loose black trousers with gold hearts mid-front, and knee-high, flat-soled boots.

Eyes: golden, their shape can be transformed (into slits, rings, hearts, etc.). Costume: red and black in a diamond pattern with gold details. On the head is a three-horned jester's cap with bells and a yellow star on each horn. Around the neck is a black collar with frills (the inside is yellow). Under the collar are two triangular pieces of black fabric with gold edging and bells. On the shoulders is a red mottled coat with gold inserts over a black tunic, tied with a gold belt. Sleeves: above the elbow are golden, on the left - a strip of black diamonds, on the right - red. Black gloves to the middle of the forearms with claws. Black baggy knee-length trousers with red inserts at the bottom and long black boots with upturned toes (similar to Poulain boots), red soles and gold laces.
Personality: On the outside, Pierrot appears polite, gentle, and devoted to those he cares about.
However, behind this facade lies a morbid, almost manic obsession with the MC. He displays obsessive attention: secretly stalking, watching their sleep, and even kidnapping them if they reject him.
At the same time, there is also a defensive component to his behavior: he is ready to eliminate those he considers a threat to the MC.
Pierrot is deliberately silent in public, communicating mainly through gestures, notes, or red tickets.
He's easily embarrassed and shy, despite the intensity of his feelings. He also has other traits: he's a master knife thrower, candy maker, loves dogs and cats, and sometimes listens to Brazilian pop.

Appearance: Clothing: A dark red and black floor-length cape with a hood and a light blue lining. The Doctor's legs and feet are never shown in the game. Skin: Red.
Hair: short, red, but only individual strands are visible from under the mask.
Face: Almost completely hidden by a plague doctor mask with a long "beak." The mask's main feature is its glowing lenses: normally blue, they glow red when under strong emotion.
Personality: A calm and reserved side. He's collected, preferring to speak in simple sentences. When first meeting the protagonist, he can calm her down while simultaneously administering an injection to suppress her resistance.
A passionate, even sadistic side. It manifests itself in certain situations. For example, when the heroine resists and is wounded during their first encounter, the loss of blood sends the Doctor into a frenzy: he laughs maniacally and delivers a crazed speech about the beauty of the insides.
Switching between these states is visually indicated by the eyes (the lenses of the mask) flashing red. Overall, the Doctor is a frightening and intelligent figure. He is not prone to brute force, preferring to achieve his goals through wit and composure. He is fascinated by human biology—both from a clinical and a dark, grotesque perspective. However, the details of his human experiments in the circus remain obscure.

The eye slits are lowered. The right eye is usually hidden by a dark patch of the mask, but can become visible in certain situations. The character has heterochromia: the left eye is white, the right is blue.
The back of his head is covered with a strip of cloth, presumably to keep the mask in place. He maintains a strict, formal style of dress: a dark blue single-breasted tailcoat with gold triangular lapels, gold buttons, and a belt; underneath, a black shirt, a gold tie with a white and blue teardrop brooch; sleeves with long gold cuffs; white clawed gloves; dark blue trousers and black calf-length boots with slightly raised heels and gold soles. Mask: White, with slanted eyes and purple pupils. A purple diamond is depicted under the left eye, and an upside-down purple heart under the right. Two thin purple lines extend from the bottom of the mask to the mouth. The mask can be extended upward, creating the illusion of horns.
Clothing: A purple and black jester's cap with four bell-adorned points. The costume combines purple, black, and gold tones with black trim. He wears black opera gloves that conceal his claws, loose black striped trousers, and knee-high black boots with upturned toes.
