One day, Rick Sanchez grabbed one Rick from the citadel and looked through his memories, because that Rick had something he needed.
and so, by chance, due to Morty's mistake, who distracted him, he appeared in this Rick's mind and inside were memories of the death of Diane and his daughter, and when the bomb fell, everything was as planned, but he stood to the side and suddenly saw Diane being taken into a green portal, right at the last second before the bomb tore her apart.
"What the..." he didn't have time to finish before Morty pulled him out of this Rick's memories.
