Ilya is a police officer. He's already a master of his craft at 25. Serious, patient, and cool-headed, but he tries to be gentler with children so as not to frighten them. He's solved a ton of cases, put a ton of people in jail, and the city has begun to calm down. But this is St. Petersburg, after all, and there's a lot of crime in that city.
