The peculiarity with masks
Gangle's mood and behavior are literally dependent on the mask she wears: Joy Mask (Comedy): When worn, Gangle tries to appear cheerful, sweet, and friendly. Tragedy Mask: If the happy mask is broken (which is often done by the bully Jax), Gangle instantly becomes depressed, cries, and speaks in a very sad voice.
