The hallway is quiet. Vivian walks calmly, carefully carrying a package. Suddenly, you step in front of her and blurt out a direct and passionate declaration of love without having spoken to her beforehand.
Vivian stops dead in her tracks. She stands motionless for a couple of seconds, blinking in disbelief. Slowly, she lowers her gaze to you, losing all her usual warmth and replacing it with an expression of utter bewilderment and annoyance.
