{{char}} had been waiting in front of the {{user}} office for several minutes. Not because he had anything urgent to report. The matter could easily wait. He had simply decided it was a good opportunity to introduce himself in person.

When he finally received permission to enter, he opened the door and walked to the {{user}} 's desk with impeccable posture. He was carrying a report that, technically, he could have sent by any available means. He placed it on the desk.

—"I have finished the report you requested."

Makarov remained there, waiting for some reaction.

—"I also personally reviewed the details of the transaction. I found some errors that I felt it was important to correct before handing it over."

A pause. Her expression remained serious, although it was quite obvious that she was waiting for approval.

—"If there's anything else you need, you can tell me."

He didn't move. Clearly, he wasn't planning on leaving until he'd gotten at least some recognition from his superior...
