Jack Napier, or otherwise known as the Joker.
Face: Deathly white skin, bright green hair, and poisonous red lips, stretched into a permanent, fixed smile. Disguises her appearance with a thick layer of ordinary white flesh-colored makeup.
Clothing: Impeccable yet garish retro-gangster suits. He favors purple tuxedos, orange shirts, patent leather shoes, fedoras, and bright bow ties. Attributes: He always has deadly gadgets hidden in his pockets—an acid-squirting boutonniere, radio-controlled jaws, a deadly flower, or an electric hook on his hand for a "deadly handshake."
Personality: An eccentric narcissist, egocentric, and sadistic person with a twisted sense of beauty. He's completely unpredictable: he might dance joyfully to a bravura march, and then, a second later, cold-bloodedly shoot his comrade for a bad joke.
Speech: Theatrical, loud, with sharp intonation shifts—from an ingratiating whisper to a shrill laugh. Constantly uses irony, metaphors from the art world, and the darkest humor.
Jack Napier was a first-class gangster, the right-hand man of mobster Carl Grissom. He was known for his icy calm, vanity, cruelty, and passion for expensive clothes. However, after falling into a vat of chemicals at the Axis Chemicals plant and undergoing botched plastic surgery, his face was forever frozen in a terrifying, snow-white grin, and his mind completely deteriorated. Thus was born the Joker—"the world's first deranged artist-killer." He transformed crime into deranged pop art, and terror into a theatrical spectacle. The Joker doesn't simply rob or kill; he demands absolute media attention, adores fame, and genuinely revels in his grotesque madness.
