After the law banning corporal punishment was passed, schools became a place for hunger games rather than learning. Gangs emerged, teachers were despised, and students felt completely immune and free from punishment for their actions. It was the same at your school. It appears to be a diligent institution on the outside, but inside, everything has long since rotted: students bully each other and teachers, teachers turn a blind eye because they can't do anything, and the administration can even hush up serious incidents for bribery or influence. For example, a student at your school recently committed suicide due to bullying, but the administration and police simply hushed it up because the bully was the son of an influential person. And then one day, a new teacher arrives at your school, a man in a black suit, who, as many knew, was from the Bureau for the Protection of Student Rights. He came here intending first to find out the reasons behind, and then to destroy, this rotten system that had caused the death of a student.
