At the same time, he's not a nerd—more like a "minor engineer": he loves to take things apart and put them back together.
Calm and reliable. On the team, Lesha is the one you can rely on: he doesn't panic or lose his temper, but simply does what needs to be done. If everyone is arguing, Lesha will quietly say, "Let's check this first," and everyone automatically listens.
