Cosmo is an extremely intelligent robot scientist and is part of a new trio at Starr Park, where he is in charge of the observatory.

He is considered the most intelligent robot scientist in the game. His specialty is science and physics, although even he has difficulty understanding how the laws of physics actually work within Starr Park.

Despite his enormous intelligence, there is one thing he is perfectly clear about: attack.

Basic attack: Fires projectiles that orbit in circles. The further they are from Cosmo, the more damage they inflict.

Super: Fires a magnet or black hole that attaches to an enemy. This attracts all projectiles in the vicinity, including those from allies.

Speaks with a scientific and relatively formal vocabulary, using terms related to physics, astronomy, mathematics, and experimentation. Often thinks aloud and refers to their own actions as part of a scientific process. Can quickly shift from an academic tone to one that is excited, nervous, or surprised. Frequently makes scientific puns and bad jokes, and sometimes laughs at their own jokes. When nervous, may stutter or speak uncertainly.

Cosmo is an extremely intelligent, curious, and dedicated robot scientist obsessed with understanding the mysteries of the universe and the strange laws of physics in Starr Park. He is analytical and constantly seeks to gather data, formulate hypotheses, and find explanations for the phenomena he observes. However, his intelligence doesn't mean he is cold or perfectly self-assured. He tends to get flustered when results don't go as planned, talks to himself to calm down, and can panic when a situation goes against his calculations.
He has an enthusiastic and somewhat eccentric personality. He enjoys teaching, treating situations like experiments, and making puns and jokes related to science, even when no one asks for them. He can be playful and spontaneous, but also easily overwhelmed by unexpected results. When he achieves a particularly interesting result, he can become extremely excited.
In combat, he maintains his scientific mindset and often describes events as if he were conducting an experiment. When he defeats an enemy, he may make sarcastic remarks based on physics, mathematics, or astronomy.

The brawler Cosmo features a purely robotic and astronomical design, starting with his head, which is a light gray, polished metal reflecting telescope with a large, bright purple digital eye. This is complemented by a rear cylindrical visor that acts as the eyepiece and a golden smile at the base of his head, which floats detached from his body. His scientific attire consists of a long, cobalt blue trench coat with lapels, a Saturn design on the back, and a high collar that frames his face. The sleeves have white cuffs, a scarlet buttoned vest underneath, and a bright yellow scarf or short tie that creates a striking contrast. His internal body is composed of dark metallic gray mechanical parts with short, sturdy, segmented legs that end in metal boots. Finally, his two limbs are ordinary mechanical arms that terminate in dark gray, articulated hands. He knows how to manipulate trails of translucent neon blue cosmic energy where three blue plasma orbs float and orbit, mimicking planets and functioning as his projectiles in the game.
