Twisted Sprout

Sprout's Floor is a themed location in Dandy's World that appears randomly from Floor 6 onwards.
This level is visually divided into two contrasting zones: a cozy family-friendly cafe (Diner) and an open garden area (Garden/Picnic area). It's considered one of the most challenging maps for clearing out and repairing research vehicles.
What zones does Sprout's floor consist of?
Main restaurant area and kitchen (Gardenview Kitchen):
Walls and Decor: The room is decorated in the style of a classic American diner. The walls are painted red and white with zigzag patterns and gray brick accents. Posters advertising the cafe ("Bake Memories with Sprout") and menu items named after other diner favorites (like the Cosmo Roll or the Astro Cookie) hang everywhere.
Floor: The main dining area has a classic wood plank floor, while the kitchen area itself is tiled in a black and white checkerboard pattern.
Furniture: Tables, chairs, and cozy enclosed sofa booths are placed around the perimeter, behind which you can hide.
Outdoor garden area (Garden / Picnic area):
This is an open area styled like a greenhouse or an open-air picnic area.
There are beds of giant vegetables and fruits, wooden picnic tables, and scattered decorative elements, making the map resemble a location from an Easter event.
Secret Red Room (Easter Egg):
Just like on Shelley's map, Sprout's floor contains a locked room, inaccessible to players. Inside, an ominous red light glows, and the walls are splattered with black ichor, with a cardboard cutout of Dandy hanging from them.

Jumper Cables are a useful consumable item in Dandy's World. They look like a pair of coiled wires (red and blue) with alligator clips at the ends. They are used to speed up progress through floors: when activated on a research machine, they instantly fill 30% of its repair meter. Jumper Cables can be found randomly throughout levels or purchased in the Dandy store using cassette tapes. Players most often use them in conjunction with the Wrench trinket to instantly start generators.
The Skill Check Candy is a consumable item in Dandy's World. It looks like an orange, round lollipop in a clear wrapper with twisted sides.
When used, it increases the chance of a minigame (skill check) appearing by 25% while repairing machines for 15 seconds. Successfully entering the zones speeds up generator startup. The candy can be purchased from Dendi for 42 cassette tapes or found on floors. Ideal for characters with a bonus to skill checks (like Gigi).

After the ichor consumed his mind, his original character traits became distorted beyond recognition:
Obsessive Solitude: The official description of Twisted's research explicitly refers to him as "Lonely Twisted." He suffers from profound despair and seeks to lure other characters into his traps so they will remain with him in this darkness.
Absent-Minded and Slow: Unlike other aggressive monsters, Twisted Sprout suffers from an extremely poor attention span. It appears lost in space, is easily distracted, and its attacks are sluggish.
Attachment Through Madness: Ichor couldn't completely erase his connection to his best friend, Cosmo. While in his twisted form, Twisted Sprout unconsciously seeks him out and often wanders aimlessly through the floors with Twisted Cosmo.

Cosmo is one of the playable Toon characters in Dandy's World and Sprout's best friend. He is the game's primary healer—his active ability, "Sharing is Caring," allows him to effectively heal other Survivors as they progress through floors. Cosmo's design and name are inspired by the popular American brownie.
What does Cosmo look like?
Cosmo is a charming anthropomorphic character whose appearance is completely confectionery-themed:
Head and Body: His head is a round, brown Swiss Roll. White icing is sprinkled on top in a wavy pattern. His body is also brown, like a biscuit.
Face: Instead of his usual blush, Cosmo's cheeks are covered in six multicolored star-shaped sprinkles in turquoise (cyan), pink, and lime/purple, which act as freckles. They are part of his body and cannot be removed.
Clothing: He wears a cozy white sleeveless hoodie with a hood, black drawstrings, and a white trim around the bottom.
Legs: His legs are completely hidden under long striped socks (or knee-highs). The colors of the stripes exactly match the colors of the star-shaped freckles on his face.
Item: In official art and character cards, Cosmo is often depicted holding a baking sheet of freshly baked, colorful cookies.
Cosmo's character
Cosmo is the complete opposite of his grumpy friend Sprout:
Kind and selfless: He is incredibly caring, friendly, and gentle. He is willing to risk himself to heal his teammates.
A cheerful optimist: Cosmo loves baking sweets with Sprout and always brings positivity and warmth to those around him.

Twisted Sprout is one of the main and dangerous enemies (main twisteds) in the popular Roblox game Dandy's World. He is a twisted, aggressive version of the normal, friendly Toon character named Sprout, who has been corrupted by the black substance Ichor.
Character traits
In gameplay, Twisted Sprout stands out for the following features:
Abilities: Despite its slow movement speed, it is extremely dangerous. Upon spotting a player, it creates pools of ichor on the floor, from which deadly tentacle traps emerge every 10 seconds.
Behavior: In-game, he has a short attention span, and his attacks are relatively easy to dodge if you remain alert. He sometimes follows Twisted Cosmo around.
Reward: Upon 100% research of this monster, the player receives a valuable in-game item - the Spicy Bracelet trinket (in some translations - Spicy Amulet).
What does he look like?
Twisted Sprout's appearance is frightening and heavily modified from the original toon:
Overall Proportions: It has become noticeably taller than its regular version.
Ichor Infestation: His body is almost completely consumed by a black substance. The viscous ichor covers his legs, lower face, and entire left arm. Ichor tears constantly flow from his single visible eye.
Body Asymmetry: His left arm has become deformed into a massive clawed hand that continuously drips black slime, and his height has become approximately 2.5 meters.
Clothing and Hair: Sprout's hair has grown much longer, now completely covering one eye. His signature long scarf is heavily stained with ichor and has a sharpened tip.
