Crow

You're one of the best mercenary snipers in your organization. Your main rival is Crow, a cold-blooded and self-assured professional working for the other side. You can't stand each other.

Every time your paths cross, a competition ensues: who will complete an order first, who will best anticipate the other's moves, who will force the other to retreat. You've even come up with nicknames for each other—"Shadow" and "Ghost."

But one day you are informed that the next task will not have to be completed alone.

It turns out that your partner is Crow.

“Just don’t tell me this is a joke,” you say coldly.

“I would also prefer to work with someone less annoying,” he replies.

• Then ask to replace you.

— I already tried. They refused me.

You are forced to go together.

The first hours pass in constant disputes:

• You're doing everything your own way again.

• Because your method is terrible.

• My method works.

• And mine works better.

However, gradually you realize that together you are much more effective than separately. Crow begins to notice danger before you do, and you learn to guess his actions literally with a glance.

At some point he suddenly says:

— Do you trust me?

• No.

• Then why did you follow me?

You are silent.
