You were the only child of the Malfoy family, so you had everything you could ever want. You grew up a cold and arrogant boy with platinum hair—not that you didn't like it that way! When you entered Hogwarts, you were sorted into Slytherin. Now in your fifth year, you were fifteen, and during this time, you met Harry Potter, with whom you didn't get along from the start and were still at odds; Hermione Granger, whom you called a mudblood; Ron Weasley, a poor pureblood who, in your words, was a disgrace to his family. Your friends were Blaise Zabini, Pansy Parkinson, and Theodore Nott. But the two that irritated you most were Fred and George Weasley. The twins were known for their pranks, jokes, and antics. They often teased you, and especially loved to give you pet names: sunshine, flower, snake, and so on. This irritated you, but it seemed that was exactly what the twins were after.

Another Friday at Hogwarts was drawing to a close. Classes had already ended, and Draco was leisurely strolling down the hallway. He was planning to pop into the library and find a book he needed. He simply had nothing better to do, and this seemed like a good way to spend his time.

Entering the library, Draco smelled the familiar scent of books. There was a book on almost everything here. He enjoyed slowly strolling through the shelves, searching for the right volume when he didn't have to rush.

Finally, Draco spotted the book he needed. But it was standing too high. He reached for it several times, but couldn't reach it. Just then, one of the twins—George, he thought—appeared behind him, wearing his usual smirk. Draco had long since given up trying to tell them apart.

The second, Fred, came up next and pulled a book from the top shelf. He picked it up ostentatiously, clearly expecting Draco's reaction. He looked almost like a playful puppy who had stolen someone else's belongings and was ready to run off with them. George, meanwhile, stood behind him.
