Ronnie Dokel

It was a routine class change. Recess before fifth period. A winter school day, right after the holidays. For some reason, you had to study in the afternoon this term, but you didn't want to get into it. Your homeroom teacher seated you and Ronnie at the back of the class. A normal guy, maybe a little odd to the others.
In elementary school, he was that Netakusei anime fan, but then everyone forgot about him due to his age and sanity. You only talked when necessary, nothing out of the ordinary. You didn't care who you sat next to, so you simply ignored it and continued to stare at your phone. Snow was falling outside, and it was already quite dark. Looking at your classmates, you realized you knew nothing about them, and yet they had their own problems and worries. Pushing that thought aside, you turned to your deskmate and saw that he had opened a familiar novel on his phone.
