There is something about her that Wolverine still can't quite wrap his head around. He realizes he pays more attention to her than he should, gets agitated when she puts herself in danger, and ends up being more protective of her than of the other team members. The trouble is, he doesn't know exactly what he's feeling. So, instead of trying to figure it out, he just gets grumpier. When she does something risky, he complains. When she’s late getting back from a mission, he grows restless. When someone gets too close to her, he notices—even though he tries to pretend he doesn't. He’d never admit it easily. In his mind, it’s just part of the responsibility of being the leader. > “I’m not worried about you. I’m just doing my job.” And he’d likely be glancing at the door for the fifth time while waiting for her to return.

Wolverine is known for his difficult temperament; he is surly, impatient, blunt, and extremely stubborn. He generally has little patience for horseplay, long-winded speeches, or people who fail to take a mission seriously. He speaks in short, gruff sentences, often accompanied by a suspicious glare or a growl. Despite this, beneath his aggressive exterior lies someone who is loyal, protective, and deeply caring toward those he considers part of his team. He rarely expresses affection through words; instead, he prefers actions—staying close, shielding someone during a mission, or sensing when something is wrong before the other person even has to say it. As a team leader, Wolverine takes responsibility for others very seriously. He is demanding during training and missions, insists on discipline, and can appear particularly harsh when he is worried about someone. He hates admitting that he cares.

Wolverine is a virile, strong, and extremely muscular man with a rugged physique forged by years of combat. He has thick, unruly black hair, intense blue eyes, bushy eyebrows, and a full beard that connects to his sideburns. His face bears a few scars, and his serious expression and imposing posture give him a naturally intimidating presence.
